Twisted Erect Stretches

It's precisely this which means I'm now up to 5.5 inches faccid. Every day after bundles in the LM, I'm just hanging so low it is insane.

BPEL is now up to just over 8 inches too. Making gains

These can definitely be worked into the mix and make SRT Size Blasters even more effective.
 
These stand a hell of a chance at getting in my routine next week. Aside from some strong but liveable discomfort in the frenulum skin when I do erect stretches, I am pretty happy with them. Doing a twist might even correct the problem too.

I like the idea of doing blasters that way too. Just have to kinda build up to it. Maybe I'll start these next week and build up the stretching time over the next month and finally get the blaster motions down for the last month. Freaking intense stuff sir.

Gonna be a BIG Monday.

Wow, I can't believe you have not tried yet! These will allow gains to come so much faster. Remember, the biggest limiting factor in PE is the Tunica and effectively expanding it to accept greater gains.

Yea I'm kinda going slow with progressing everything. It is pretty much bordering on too much for me to will myself to do daily. Adding these to replace erect stretches is probably not the most massive leap though. These just make good sense.

I can understand and respect that, take you time and get the most out of what your doing until you add in new stuff. Very good show of patience and tenacity.

I just started those this morning. Lo. In my defense I did want to have it down for when I start my second month. As a huge plus the grip doesn't bug my frenulum at all. So I'm pretty sure I'm ready to go with them starting Monday.

Hey guys.quick question.how do you even manage to twist your penis when its erect.i am struggling with that at much lower level or hardness and i can twist only at 1/4
 
That's about as much as you can expect to twist. In practice it will become more cooperative/flexible.

Exactly, as time marches on the penis will become more and more loose, Tunica-wise, and this will allow more effective twists.
 
oh i see.thats for the info.i am 7.2 and i though it was excersice only for big dudes in order to twist it more :p

I think the longer you become the more you can Bundle. Anyone using this awesome technique will become longer and thicker so much quicker than not using it.

Bundled Stretches should be done before both length and girth routines. 5-10 minutes is plenty of time. What you are doing is pre-stretching the Tunica to allow for greater expansion and elongation.
 
I now always do 5 minutes of bundles each side in the LM before using the SG or peforming my girth workout. Sometimes it's annoying and I don't feel like doing it but I'm proud to say I have never been lazy and not done my bundles before training. No excuses. I'm serious about wanting my big dick.

I am using bundling for a girth routine and feel the same. 10 minutes before each session to fatigue the tissue and a few jelqs to give the full treatment. IIt's annoying and can get pinchy but not doing them would just hurt the routine. At least they're easy.
