Twisted Erect Stretches
In a 90-100% erect state bundle your penis, I do not think anyone will get more than 1 twist since the penis is erect. Once twisted stretch outward and hold this stretch for 30-60 seconds. After the first rep you will want to change the twist direction to keep expansion even and equal. I like to do these for 10-15 minutes.
