yep new exercises are an effective way to simplify gains.erect stretches, ssj, etc those exercises alone can give gains maybe in the near future, a couple of exercises three at the most can be like a shortcut to greatness n getting bigger!!!

That would help me a great deal as of now I experiment on myself for all new exercises. After some time in seeing the results and safety of the exercise/tool I will then release it. I will include the moderators in these newer exercises as I come out with them.
 
Hi guys, I lack time to post but I noticed very good gains at flaccid state, thanks to twisted + "behind the balls" stretches. BPEL gains are less impressive, but I'm on the way to 7".

I don't mind the mods being part of it. but actually i think the best thing to do would be to take the 10 most active guys in the progress forum (ofc experienced guys)

this way we will get people who are currently on track. and we get to discuss the exercises through.

so when the public presentation will be made. we will have sorted out 90% of the beginners questions and issues.

Good idea and I think this not only applies to exercise but also applies to new equipment.

That's a pretty good idea actually. That way you can delegate some of it too bro so it doesn't all fall on you to get everything done for the P.E. world to be able to innovate.

You guys are right I just don't want anyone to hurt themselves, I would rather I hurt myself than any of the Brothers here. I will include 10 men in the next study, exercise, routine or equipment. My first priority is always your safety. Getting a big cock is not worth it if it does not work.
 
Hey everyone, been reading the forums for a few months now, but finally need to post a question. Does anyone do these erect bundled stretches with two hands? I don't feel like I'm getting an optimal twist using just one hand, so I've been placing one near the base and one near the glans. Probably this is just a "whatever's best for you" type situation, but figured I'd ask anyway.

That's a good method jarathen keep at it like that. Most exercises can be modified to fit your style.

Also understand that I really know my body after 13 years. I can feel when there may be danger and pull back. But, yes, I would take a bullet for any of my fellow Brothers!
