aight ill do a measure of bpfsl tonight and BPEL and then put a program in action that does bundled stretches followed by the newbie routine, ill see if i can get a UJ wrap going during the day and then in the evening ill warm up for girth with the twisted erect strectces, then mix it up between bm work and clamping. Give it 6 weeks or so and see what happens.

mmm i see now breaking the tunica,i have been doing the LM bundled stretches,but would be great if i add the erect bundled strteches n the gains will show in no time...:)

Seems like it went deaf on many Brothers ears. This is a great bill but it needs the Brotherhoods support to become a law. Man I am listening to too much politics. :)

I think they are a valid and possibly one of the keys to further enlargement through expansion of the Tunica. It should have been obvious to us but sometimes the most simple things fall between the cracks. I think the buzz is pretty good right now and I look forward to seeing these new understanding help us all advance with greater speed.
 
I will start doing this from tomorrow as a replacement to erect stretches? Is it okay to use it as a replacement DLD?
 
They seem to be very interesting stretching the penis while is erect can be a great thing we can get real gains IMO is all about trying...now i only have tiime for the LM,i hate doing exercises once a week makes no sense to me.

Wish i could erect stretch evryday whitin months gains will be witnessed!!...

You should be doing erect stretches daily. You haven't been doing it daily?

5 minutes of erect stretching a day will help tremendously with healing and closing the gap between BPFS and EBPL.
 
I will probably throw in a little erect stretches some time soon. I'm feeling more confident with my routine as time passes

That's great. You know what? I may or may not make a progression routine depending on how busy I am. This will be in accordance to length because I have not mastered girth yet.
In general I think we should add a new exercise to our routines at the start of every other month and on the skipped month you just increase time /reps
 
I started doing these during my pumping sets about 4 weeks ago, I do 50 jelqs and then straight into erect bundles, then back into the BM. It's been killer.
 
Today I did a clamped stretch, but it hurt a little. Likely because I was already nearing the end of the sesh. I'm getting all sore these last two days.

Yeah you do too much for us. You should at least tell us the exercise and then we can give you feedback on how it worked for us.

nope Huge i have been tired n away i only have time for the LM,that BM is getting rusty in its box LOL

I almost sure that BM ca help out a lot too i wiah i had time maybe in the near future who knows.:cool: LOL

perhaps a test committee is in order? choose a few brothers and let them try it out after the initial tests. also helps to inform the brotherhood about the new exercises
