Pumping is definitely a more consistent way of slowly stretching the penis while keeping a hard erection. I may have to resort to that instead of erect stretching.

Love you inspired attitude! People need to get serious and buckle down, PE is made for the strong and committed. No easy way to gain, it takes effort and consistency.
 
Ok, I have been working with these for some time now and as I said earlier last month, I did not want to release these until I was confident in their safety and effectiveness. I feel these are the ultimate Tunica expander and they are really simple to do. Use caution and never push yourself to injury.

Twisted Erect Stretches
In a 90-100% erect state bundle your penis, I do not think anyone will get more than 1 twist since the penis is erect. Once twisted stretch outward and hold this stretch for 30-60 seconds. After the first rep you will want to change the twist direction to keep expansion even and equal. I like to do these for 10-15 minutes. Directly after this exercise you will find that there is a definitely looseness within the penis, this is the Tunica becoming deformed and enlarged. Bundled Stretches of all kinds have become one of the most important practices to increase length and girth by pre-stretching the stubborn Tunica.

Do you use the search window and type in bundled stretches and click the box that says “search only in titles” and you’ll find many different ways. But the best way to bundle is using your Lengthmaster. You strap in as regular and using the handlebars you twist the penis once or twice or however much you can and stretch out word from there. You can stretch upward down word to the left or right.
