aight ill do a measure of bpfsl tonight and BPEL and then put a program in action that does bundled stretches followed by the newbie routine, ill see if i can get a UJ wrap going during the day and then in the evening ill warm up for girth with the twisted erect strectces, then mix it up between bm work and clamping. Give it 6 weeks or so and see what happens.
