No the chamber is filled with hot water and I press the first ring of the gaiter into my pubic bone to keep it in place. You'll need a lot of pressure to make theese work(the gaiter must be compressed at maximum capacity for the weights to strech it out and pull on your penis) otherwise you won't feel any strech at all. I usually pump up to the highest pressure possible with my bathmate and take a short brake in mid set to give the pump 1-2 pumps and reset the high pressure. Are you in Europe brother? it seems we share the same timezone.

I can't wait to see down the road how much you gain with this method, it looks to be so intense and I would think your gains would be quantified big time!
 
It's very intense that's why I had to cut down the volume to 2sets of 6mins at 10lbs so I don't such a massive fatigue the next day, this morning during my length master streching session I stil felt a bit of soreness in my unit even though I took 2 complete days off, especially during the bundeled and after the Bathmate Hanging session I got HUGE fluid retention like I never experienced before with my BM, I did some dry jelqing tonight and it faded away a bit and hope I'll be able to train properly tomorow.

That soreness is definitely expected with the intensity you are using. It takes a certain breed of man to dedicate himself as you have and your gains will truly reflect this!
 
I used to get some fatigue from the Manual Harcore Streches as well but nothing like this, I only did one set today at 16.6 lbs and it was a great strech and a good precursor to my jelqing routine, in the last few days my penis went trough some serious changes that I never experienced before, the tisues are more pliable and softer(jelly kind as fedora put it) and the exit point of the penis went lower, actualy I see it lower and lower every morning when I do SD and UDL streches with the LM to the pint that it feel like it's getting closer to my anus witch freakes me out.

Also the fatigue it's very similar to what I got from heavy girth exercises, small bursts of sharp pain like nerve pain that last for less then a sec or so that I feel all day and sometimes during the night, and lastly the vascularity went trough the roof :lol

Tomorow I'll add the IR Lamp into the mix to heat up the ligaments and keep the water in the tube warm during the set, I think that IR light will have no problem to penetrate the walls of the tube.

So far this technique brings a fatigue to the penis like no other, it feels like the tissues are ripped apart literraly during the set and is felt troughtout the entire day, the manual hardcore streches gived me a great feeling of streching but I could not go trough more then 2 mins of streching and the force necesary to pull allways fatigued my hands after 2 mins so I tought it would be a good ideea to combine this with hanging by transforming the pump into a hanger(It still feels kinda wrong to say pump hanging... lol). It seems that 2-3 sets of 5 mins are enougth to create MONSTER fatigue to the point that I struggle for 10mins after it to get a decent erection for my jelquing session.

I'll keep you posted with my findings next week, the plans are to increase the weight a bit to maybe 17.5lbs and add the IR Lamp into the mix to keep the water hot inside tube.

Just when I thought that PE can't get more intense then this I got an ideea to try something different today.

Swinging weights with the bathmate hanger side to side and in a circular motion like the bathmate rotary streches .... I only did it for like 10-15 secs and stopped because I got freaked out by the Insane strech I felt with this and I think I got very close to a serious injurie, probablly the weight was too high because I could feel the tissue ripping apart in my unit when the weights pendulated at the extreme points. I'll try with a lighter weight tomorow and hopefully also shoot a video of it.

Sounds cool...definitely a smart idea to tke back the intensity and build up

Sounds very powerful, I would love for you to shoot a video of all these modified stretches, video is the best way to get it across to us.

Seccond week on bathmate hanging it's over, it's been a hell of a week with great workouts and insane fatigue reached on friday. For now I'll stick with 2 sets of 5 mins of hanging as this seems to give me a good level of fatigue.

I'm stil Waiting for the x40 to arive, i ordered it 7 days ago so it must ship from outside europe since it takes so long, probablly states.

I decided to refrain myself from any measurement until new years eve to avoid ruin my motivation and measure my post workout FSL every 2 weeks to make sure I'm progressing. So far I my penis feels a bit straighter and a bit longer and with an lower exit point, but the major difference is in girth witch I think is going up(witch I don't want at this moment). Damn, it seems I 'm one of thowse guys that gains girth just be touching his penis. Gaining length on the other side was a hell of a struggle for me but if I gained 1.5" so far another 0.5 gain is not only atainable at this moment but inevitabile :)

Blue, are you doing shaft and ligament stretching in addition to the Expressive stretching?
 
Yes, I do 45mins of LM streches + DLD Blasters and Mandingos every morning + Lig Jelquing - an exercise I camed out with over the time where you practically wet jelq the base of the flachid penis in a downward angle along the length of the ligaments insertion into the septum streching them, this exercise is the cause of the majority of the strechmarks that I have on the lower portion of the shaft.

Well, I coulnd't stand it so I had to measure... just girth because I got freaked out that I'm gaining too fast and I was right, midshaft girth went from 5.6 to exactly 5.75 in just 2 weeks, I have no ideea what's going on or where did the gains camed from, posibly restored EQ but can't be since my EQ was at 9+ at my last measurement and there's no specific girth exercise in my routine right now other then 2 sets of hardcore hanging followed by 20mins of wet jelq at 80%-90%. In this rythm I'll get to 6" midshaft in one month while still being under 7"nbp in length witch is a big no no.

Excellent to hear of the gains, good work Blue. I am also happy to see that you are covering all the proper stretches to make those length gains. I forget sometimes what men are doing and need reminded:) must be old age:)

Great Bump! I forgot about this thread. I do not think many more people tried this but Blueballs. i would love to see another Brother pick this up and give it another shake and get some good research out there. Expressive Stretches are an important part of every routine.

I'm still new as far as getting serious about pe but I've heard about stretching the internal penis and it seems like this would be a good way to stretch your internal penis. I'm going to give this a shot. DLD since you understand pe way more than I do, if it was you what kind of routine would you do? Like, how much weight, how many sets, how often?

Awesome, I was really hoping for someone to pick up this torch, it looks like it has a great deal of potential for expressive gains in a completely different way.
