Hi Guys,

I want to incorporate some BM work into my routine as an evening session and since I'm primarly looking for Length I think I will focus on erect streching with the tube witch I did a few months ago but had to give up due to massive discoloration.

Anyway back then I've modded by BM with an attachment rope witch I would hook around a door knob or press into the ground with my foot to do the streching instead of my hands and today I got the ideea to use the pump as a hanger to do erect hanging.

I never read anything about this subject so I would like to know if anyone did any research in this area and could share hid experiences before I take the leap in what seems like uncharted teritory.

Never done that but I do the bm stretches which are very intense. I would think they are plenty strong enough to just do with your hands to get results

tying a rope around the door handle will probably work better then trying to hang with your BM. all of sudden it will lose suction and the weight will fall and everything will be wet. i would be interested to find out how much weight could be hung from the BM before losing suction.
 
Here's my first attempt at this, I did one set of 5 minutes with 16,5lbs(7.5kg) and it feelt light but it was all the weight I had around the house. I'll bring up more plates from the basement tomorow and try to hang 2-3 sets at 22lbs(10kg). So far I can't give you much insight about the efectiveness of this since it was just a test set but the streching feels VERY intense just a you expect from hardcore streces but with this I can hold it for minutes while having my both hands pressing the first ring of the gaiter into may pubic bone. The seccond pic shows me doing some assisted hardcore streches with a rope hooked around a door knob.

I'll keep you posted about the progress in the following days.

Your attachments are not showing up???? I just tried the system and it is working just fine for me.

I see all of them but the last post you made. Seeing the images shows me just how powerful of a stretch you have created, I have to try this, I guaranty it is the most powerful expressive stretch ever.
 
Of course it will fall of, but just as with manual hardcore streches you need to hold the gaiter pushed in the pelvic area in order to hold a great pump and make sure that the vacuum grabs and streches your erect penis instead of your bely.

Hey DLD, I have a question that bothers my mind, if the penis outside the body is erect then the portion of it that's hidden inside your body must be erect too as there's the same penis, right? Then how's posible to bend an erect penis at the point of insertion by hanging SD?

I got so excited by this form of hanging that I think I overdid it today. I did 4 sets of 6-8minutes with 16.5lbs, 16.5lbs, 10lbs and 7.5 lbs, I had to drop weight after the seccond set due to fatigue and now my unit is so sore that i can barely touch it and I feel it even at complete rest state witch its something I never felt from traditional weight hanging, it's like a very mild burning sensation simlar to what I felt in the past after some intense clamping sessions. I should have known better and not jump so fast on the weights... but hey, there was no manual on how to do this properly.

Anyway if you'll want to try this learn from my mistakes, start slowly with 5 or 7lbs especially on the first set until you reach propper expansion and add weight very slowly.

Sorry I don't understand the question/ Rephrase?
 
So, the penis has two parts, one visible(outside of the body) and one hidden inside that we expose through expressive streching, right. Now my question is how it's posible to hang or strech SD and therefore bend an erect penis at atmost 90°? this does not make any sense to me unles the hidden portion of the penis that's indide of the body is not erect.

Hope that makes more sense.

If you are erect the internal penis will also be erect so exercise caution in erect training at extreme angles as if a break happens it could cause Peyronies disease.
 
I remember reading somewere that erect bends are used to cure peyronies or to alleviate/create a curvature so this makes perfect sense.

I've been doing something kinda similar but less intense when I shower. When I shave I pump up and then just let the tube go and have the weight of the tube filled with water which is basically hanging a lower force. I figured it was kinda like hanging with the bm or doing a stretch without having to stretch
 
Yes, I felt that too Jdcsd. You can even hang a wet towel on the pump to get an even better strech :)

It's been over 24h since yesterday's session and I still feel a bit sore, my flaccid is hanging lower by 0.1"-0.3" from what I can eyeball in the mirror and I feel some changes in the exit point of the penis, the tisues are more pliable and it seems that the exit point has moved a bit lower then it was last week.

Yah I feel like stretches in the bm are good regardless of if you do it with your hands, the weight of the water or hang like you do. I'm sure your hanging is most powerful but they are all productive
