Shafty and Randolf, you cant get 100% erect after doing erect workouts for prolonged time? If you stop doing erect workouts, does it go back to normal with rockhard erections after a while? Would hate for my dick to not be able to reach 100% permanently
lol ya that would suck if permanent. My cock is a lot harder now though. I am still having problems getting fully hard in general though. Two years on anti-depressants its hard to get fully erect. I have seen quite good improvement though. I'm hoping for more, and I believe a lot of my gains so far can be attributed to better bloodflow, as opposed to growth.
You just have to give it some time after working hard for too many days in a row. After a month of working out twice for 40 minutes everyday, well some days I only did 1 days, but still. I stopped for 5 days. Then when I started back up again I was doing good.
However I don't think you really want 5 days rest. I think you want to keep the penis expanded. And that each time you expand it you sort of build off the last workout. Up to a point, where you aren't able to get as hard. And ultimately not able to reach past the 100% erection even when doing squeezes. Thats when I think you need a day off.
I did 3 days on, then 1 day off. I just had my 1 day off yesterday and today I was back. I seemed harder then on the 3rd day. Its early to tell though. And in honesty this seems to be working me out almost too hard. But I am going to do it as long as no injury type things feel like they are coming, and worst case I will take a few extra days off before I start a new thing. Going to do this for 30 days.
My outlook on pe is I just want to do what works. I dont' really care how long it takes per day or how tough it is. Or how little I should spend per day. I just want results. Thats why I'm trying different things out to see what works for me.
Also I have a new outlook after I responded to itselectric's post. He was sort of disappointed because he only got .25 girth in the last quite a few months. And I was saying damn man .25 girth is a lot! Think if you can keep that pace up for a year. Even .25 girth every 4 months.
Then I realized wait a minute, I'm putting unrealistic goals on myself. Like I want to measure every 2 weeks and see a difference. But now I'm thinking, I want real gains, not temporary or something that looks good at first. And say I get .125 girth every 2 months. That would be hard to measure once every 2 weeks. But think over a year that would be .75 girth!!
After I came to this realization I feel like each minute I'm peing is more focused. Its like I'm not in a rush now. I want to take my time and do it right. I want good results but I have to be realistic. And I don't mind spending 2 hours a day peing, as long as it is helping me to grow. Even if with 2 hours a day I only gain .25 girth in the next 4 months before I take a few week break, that would be sweet.
(I think a few week break every 6 months in anything you do is good, gives anything that might take longer then a few days to heal up a chance.) Plus gives your mind a break and you can come back with new focus. Of course you have to be careful not to let that few week break turn into a few year break
