Unbelievable 3/8 in Girth increase from one workout.... read on.

Ok, so I don't know who has been following my Progress Routine, but I just joined the paysite about 3 weeks ago, and began doing the PHASE 2 workout.

I followed it closely the first week, and did about 5 workouts for the 7 day week... The second week got closer to the holidays, and only did 2 workouts the whole week. Same with the third.

HOWEVER, (I will get on with the Girth Exercise now, sorry)
In one of those 3rd week workouts, which was actually 3 days ago...

I did the following...
Stretching:
-One, 30 sec stretch for "straight behind the cheeks", "straight down", "straight out", "left out", "right out", "straight up"
-10 blasters

^^^^ I don't think the stretching had anything to do with it, just gave it anyways...

Girth:
-About 50 dual force jelq and bends (in case you do not know this.... )(like a normal jelq, but as soon as you move up 1 inch with the first hand, grip at the base with the other, and finish the jelq with your first hand. Every jelq done with the RIGHT hand, create a bend at the finish of the jelq, by pushing down on the head of the penis with the heal of your palm)

-AND FINALLY, my exercise which I think was responsible for the 3/8 inch girth increase the next day.[/B] I do not take all the credit for this exercise.. It is sort of a modification/technique based on the horse squeeze.

Stimulate yourself to the 100% erect state. Use a REVERSE 'ok' grip and clamp hard and deep, as far into the base of the penis as possible. Slightly release your grip for a split second, and Kegel in more blood. Your penis should be at about 105% erect now (from the kegel/clamp)

Now, take your other hand, and squeeze your engorged head, HARD, but quickly.. only hold this for about a half second. Then just keep doing the HARD 1/2 second squeeze on your head, for about 30 seconds.. Your penis should not feel very hard after 20-30 seconds.


I only did 2 of the above "Modified Horse Squeezes", and I got that crazy 3/8 in girth increase the next day. I really hope everyone else gets the same results... I have no idea if it just had something to do with my shitty girth getting an ass whooping, and swelling up?? or what.. but i still got the big increase..

Now, 2 days after the workout, it appeared I had lost 1/8 of the 3/8 in increase.. but I seemed to have a poorer erection quality too, so idk. Nothing is certain with the penis!

I just did the exact same workout today, and I am looking forward to/hoping for, a big increase tomorrow :) Enjoy!
 
I should really do this workout again, before posting this... but simply based on the one day... I believe I understand something very unique about girth enlargement. How ironic, me, with the shittiest girth ever... but at least now im 4 1/2 in girth :)

1. Revolutionary Girth Exercises Theory

Anyways, I BELIEVE (this is just my theory) that girth best responds to MID-DURATION exercises. At lest mine does. To me, it seems that the basic jelq, although powerful over time.. increasing erection quality, and many penis benefits... is too short a movement. The Jelq is limited to a very fast 2 second movement, where the cells of the penis, within the CC, and CS, are only briefly engorged, and IMMEDIATELY released, as the hand moves forward and finishes the jelq.

I believe my "Modified Horse Squeeze", more like "Blood Pumps" engorges the penis' cells in a way unlike any other exercise. Even the tradition horse squeeze, is a LONG exercise, where the penis is held under high pressures for about 30 secs.. I think the reason why my "Blood pumps" are so powerful, is that you have the CRAZY INTENSITY of a horse squeeze, combined with constant stretching/engorgement/release of the cells of the penis. If this is true, a whole slew of exercises, based on existing ones, could be created, resulting in BIG, FAST girth gains.

2. So-many Variables Length Gain Theory

It is also understandable, that Length training could NEVER be as responsive as this... as there is NO WAY to stretch the ligs/ CC/CS as a WHOLE, in the way the cells can be expanded, like in girth exercises... Length gains will always result in natural ability to gain length, as long as the obvious like stretching intensity/ form/ duration.

But everyones penis is very unique, and will respond different. Maybe similarily, which is why Penis Enlargement works... but its also very different.. Even if it was possible to make TWO Penis EnlargementOPLE stretch in the EXACT SAME manner.. intensity/ form/ duration. Each persons body or penis, will recover differently, and give out penis at a different rate. But this also makes you wonder, if something as simple as a different diet, promotes more Penis Enlargement gains?!?! you could think all day about the different kinds of variables!

Wow ... congrats on the 1/2 inch growth, especially in a matter of just a few months. If I could grow 1/2 inch in girth (especially in that length of time), I'd be an ecstatic camper.

As much as I love 8incHydromaxike's quote, I think BananaBoy was referring to "Make it Big, Keep it Hard."

I did this exercise this evening after 'working up to it' for a few days, just doing the "Dual Force Jelq" for a few days beforehand. This evening I saw a 1/4 inch jump in girth :)

I'll measure in a couple days and report back the permanency. Of course in between then and now, I'll be doing some lower intensity maintenance exercises in between then and now.

I don't think there was any need to say that at all. We're not here to show off and make others feel bad, quite the opposite.
 
I've been doing them too since I read this. It seems to be helping on the girth. Although I noticed that my dick feels quite a bit more worn out the next day. I was doing a 5 days on 2 days off and had to go to 3 days on and 1 day off because by day 4 my dick went on strike and laid down in the morning. I've also noticed my flaccid seems to have some more volume to it lately. It feels like a different dick in a good way. Maybe it's a fluid build up, but whatever it is I don't mind it. It even feels different when erect. Last night I was edging to finish off the workout and I just sort of started smiling because I realized this thing in my right hand was longer and thicker than I've ever seen. Quite a unique feeling!

SORRY GUYS!! i checked this thread for about 2 days after creation, and not much action showed up, so i abandonded it :(

anyways though... i have signed, sealed, and cemented my 4 1/2 inch girth. :) however, i have tried the same workout several other times, and havn't had much temporary increase since then.

I was PM'ed by a member on here who experienced a 1/2 inch increase! thats more than i got..

And someone else above experienced a 3/8 inch increase?!

This seems like good shit. DLD, have you given this a try by any chance?? personally, i think HEAD EXPANSION, along with that main "Horse Pumping" exercise, are a deadly combination... because the Horse Squeeze works by adding the heads blood, to the shafts already 100% capacity, bringing it to 110%... if you can make your head bigger, you could bring that to 115+% :)

Oh, DLD,

I just did that workout for the first time, then night before that post.. which would have been January 1st.

And over the past 2 1/2 weeks, i have managed to solidify that.. which is approximately a 1/4 inch girth increase in 2 1/2 weeks! :)

so, if i understand right, it doesn't really matter what exercise you do leading up to it, as long as you are 100% erect and then do squeezes?

so, maybe a head-size workout first would be a good call...
 
Well I'm certainly going to give these a go. If the results aren't too intense, I'll try slapping them in the middle of my clamping session. That could be interesting.
 
to be honest, its quite a bit different when clamped vs. manual clamped(hand).

i'm almost not man enough for horse squeezes while clamping.

best done with caution.
 
Well I gave em a shot last night. Pretty exhaused but I had to try. My erection strength is down today. Only did 2 sets last night. I was impressed with the engorgement of blood. My wife told me to quit. :) I like em.
 
1/2 girth gain in 3 months? Damn.

I've tried a variation of these the past few days and have woke up with some pretty crazy morning/night wood lol

I was a hard gainer in girth too but girth busters and slow squash jelqs just blew things up for me.
 
I just tried this while while my Hardwear. I pumped my head using a head-pump cylinder for a while, then got myself back up to fully erect and did the maneuver. I'm getting a temporary girth measurement of just one tick below 6 inches girth after a few minutes of doing this. This would be GREAT if I can cement it.

It is true, many will make gains on a steady basis using

I've been doing 4 sets of 50-60 1/2 second reps a day.

would like to know if you do more, or less.

i don't do any warm up, and i usually just do 2-3 sets in a row whenever i have private wood.

def noticed more morning wood/random erections.

I've actually noticed the more I do girth work, the more erections I get as well.

Maybe it is also because I've been concentrating on PC work pretty hard...but I gotta give at least some credit to the girth work :)

Girth work is like feeding blood to the erectile tissue. The more you train the more blood it will hold maximizing the hardness of an erection.
 
I have been doing them and I seem to be visually larger. I haven't measured. I can just tell I have gained from it. I think it may be affecting my length as well.

The interesting thing about these is that they are very low impact. they are also very easy to do almost anywhere.

Can't wait to hear the measurement. For such a short period of training, it would be awesome if you already gained using this exercise.

Regarding the continuous 1/2 second squeezes on the head, how long do you let blood fill back into the head? Just another 1/2 second or until the head is fully engorged again via kegels?

I am gaining but it's such a small change. It's sort of hard to measure and yet everything looks thicker down there.

I measured my base and the thickest part is thick farther out from the base. I was reading on another thread about guys noticing a change near their base grip when doing squeezes. I figured I'd move my grip around a bit while doing these and see how it affects the shaft. I just grip low for the first rep and then move up a quarter inch and do another set till I reach the middle. Maybe others will try this and report back.

Changes are small but when the exercises are right they are consistent changes.
 
i feel that aswell, when using a tape, nothing is noticable, but feeling wise, much thicker. flaccid girth has gone way up also.

i like the idea of adjusting the hand-clamp, good one admiral, will try.
