but anyways, i was just doing 2-3 sets of those. with 30 seconds worth of squeezes. maybe 20 actual squeezes per set?
lately, i have been a fan of "short but killer" workouts. Just stretching really hard, 30 seconds per stretch, but only doing 10 minutes worth.
same, with the girth.
I think it is very important, to maximize engorgement with this exercise, to CLAMP "REVERSE" Right at the base with the left hand(or your non-dominant hand) get as close to that pubic bone as possible! then clamp, and kegel.. bring yourself to 110% for this one..
thats why its so important noobs don't try this. you're going to get all kinds of dots and thombrosed veins if you don't have at least a few months behind you.
