Nope. Its a mystery exercise (cwl) TBH much more better exercises around such as the DLD A stretch blasters.

If anyone is really yearning, and chomping at the bit that much, give those a try! bundled stretches are also a beast.

This exercise, although it did help me 10 years ago, isolates the suspensory ligament, its not the most successful method developed to enlarge the penis, and much more a specialized execution.

I'm currently doing the bundled A Stretche blasters with my length master for 1 hour daily. I will it for 3 months before switching to another exercise. Or do you suggest I do the blasters for 6 months?
 
The blasters and the bundles are literally the best manual exercises known.

it takes time for the newest and hottest exercises to make it to the top of the brotherhood. I’m so glad that people are now using these exercises and getting the most out of modern PE!

I’m just happy that I eventually figured out that they did so much more than just stretch your penis. The greatest thing was when I realized they pre-stretched the tunica, the biggest obstacle in gaining size. Today people use them in so many ways it makes me very happy that something I created is being used. ?

I'm assuming a piece of pvc or other object can be substituted for the [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/join-now.html]PA[/words]? (possibly not as effective). As I am not able to own such a device at this moment in time.

Isn't that exactly like a fulcrum stretch but instead of doing the 'push' into the base, you're pushing into the fatpad where the ligaments are?

Check for 'Dual Fulcrum Regular' & 'Dual Fulcrum' and instead of the one hand holding back the base of the dick, push some fingers or Power Assist/LM into the ligs/fatpad.

If you still don't understand, maybe our Picture Pornstar @TuffDong would like to use this chance and show his dick here while performing the exercise as his dick is already well known in the forum anyways with hundreds of pictures (cwl)(fire)
 
I was thinking. ... doesn't the FATS device do this?? I no longer get that lig burn unless I am hanging 20+ at certain angles. The fulcrum assist digs deep, and I can crank it in many directions.
 
Just checked the dual fulcrum n started a few days ago,for some reason I feel the inner inches moving they'll come out they have to come out.

Dual fulcrum stretches are incredible and the whole entire back bone to the PowerAssist which is now the Lengthmaster. But you can use anything to do a fulcrum stretch, it is pretty much a basic simple machine. The incredible thing about fulcrum stretching is your stretching at two different points which increases the speed of the gain. Are you using a Lengthmaster or just your hands?
