Update: wow, i haven't posted on [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/join-now.html]MOS[/words] since MAY, that's lame, I been pretty busy, lots of different things going on in life the last few months, job-hunting, blah-blah-blah. I've still been doing my 1-on/1-off routine since my last posts, but I just today was re-inspired to update my journal, as i have updated my routine and it feels promising.
I should preface this post by stating- YES, I DO measure from the side BPFSL, and YES, I have ALWAYS measured this way to track gains. IMO, gains are all relative, so after you gain 3+ inches, no matter how you slice it( if you measure from the side, upside-down, topwise) YOU HAVE GAINED. (which I have)
Basically, I have reintroduced The Almighty FootLong Stretch into my routine, and after a quick little 15 minute session of these, all I can say is- WOW! I am still sore in my pubic area/ligs hours later. And I have not felt this type of sore(can someone say FATIGUE?) in, I can't remember how long ago! SO, here is my current routine, which I will stick to for a month and see where I'm at afterwards. [I should add, (and I been thinking about this alot recently) that for a long time my Penis Enlargement routine was mainly used as a maintenance routine, and if had to be totally honest with myself, I would have to say my main motivation was not hope of additional gain, but fear of losing gains, which in a very real way, I believe has kept me from gaining the last few months.]
5 minutes Kegels
~120 quick 1-sec. kegels
-5-sec. squeezes, 2-sec. rests( for about 2-3 minutes)
-1 min. kegel hold
(repeat kegel routine above)
40 min. stretches
-5 min. straight down/Pulse 110's
-5 min. footlong straight out(~ 45degree angle)
-15 min. footlong straight down( 1-min. alternating hands/feet)
-7 1/2 min. double-bundled tunica 'A'stretch(over forearm)
-7 1/2 min. double-bundled tunica overhand stretch( see previous posts above)
