i started jan. at this point i had to move from my place to another with less privacy and consequently little to no Penis Enlargement for a few months. i picked it back up around sep.' 08 with some manual stretches about 30 minutes a day and when i moved to my current place in dec.'08 i was able to start hanging ~1-1.5 hours a day with a bib starter i bought.

this was done for about 1.5 months and i got up to about 23 lbs. before i stopped hanging due to discomfort and impatience, at which point i picked up manual stretching with renewed fervor. i believe the hanging did two things for me:
1. loosened up the ligs enough to respond to manual stretching and
2. gave me confidence in my penis' ability to handle intense stretching force, which helped to dissipate my fear of injury.

needless to say, i began to see gains in my bpfsl almost every other day. my stats before Penis Enlargement were 6.5" BPenis EnlargementL, and are now(proud to say :p) 8.5"BPenis EnlargementL. my bpfsl is about 9.75", so i am hoping to turn that into around 9"-9.25" BPenis EnlargementL(-about .5" due to lateral expansion during erection).

this is my current position in Penis Enlargement and i just wanted to say thanks to everyone on here for their dedication and support. you have all helped me with my goals without ever even talking to me!:)

i look forward to any comments and suggestions, and getting to know everyone here! i will post my Penis Enlargement journal since dec.'08(kept a little log book) later, right now i am bout to try ~45 minutes various flaccid stretches followed by some erect stretches!

well congrats on your gains!!! i forget that not everyone post and are active on the boards but are going through their own pe journey...now hopefully you will be able to help some of the new guys along the way...good luck on reaching that goal of yours..you will get there in time.

well i bought a [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/forum/showthread.php?83577-Length-master-official-order-thread-now-shipping-06-16-2014!!!]length master[/words] last week in an attempt to break me out of my gaining slump(of a couple months). i used it last friday and was a little discouraged and a little lost as to where to start. i did a few a- stretches and a few v's, which i especially liked because the bottom hoop of the [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/join-now.html]pa[/words] pushed down pretty much right at the base of my pelvis, which is a stretch i've been trying to experiment with(kind of like the 'expressive stretchig' with the [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/join-now.html]pa[/words]?
the bundling was pretty painful just goin around once! so i put it away for a few days, but decided to give it about 30 minutes a day on top of my regular routine of about 40-60 minutes manual stretching.

so as of now my routine will consist of only flaccid stretching for a total time of about 1.5 hours( 1hour manual and 30 the [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/forum/showthread.php?83577-Length-master-official-order-thread-now-shipping-06-16-2014!!!]length master[/words]), as my glans can stand. today, the routine i did with the [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/forum/showthread.php?83577-Length-master-official-order-thread-now-shipping-06-16-2014!!!]length master[/words] was about 20 minutes S.O. bundles and 10 min. base stretches('A' and 'V's).

all i can say is my penis felt and looked like i had just had an intense HANG session afterwards, which is pretty encouraging to me! i look forward to where this routine gets me in the next few weeks/ months! i esp. like the [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/forum/showthread.php?83577-Length-master-official-order-thread-now-shipping-06-16-2014!!!]length master[/words] because it seems to give the intensity of hanging, but can be stopped or the stretch can be changed in a second if it becomes too intense or you get bored, so i am happy today!

-100 quick kegels
-20 rotaries clockwise, 20 counterclockwise
- 10 min. straight down stretches(30-45 sec. each hand)
-5 min. s.o.
-10 min.'a' stretch upwards(pulling up with forarm for bottom lig stretch)
-10 min. btc rotaries(still tinkering)
-10 min. bundled 'a' stretch
-5 min. pulse stretches

stretch armstrong was also an action figure in the 70's and 90's (i guess he was busy in the 80's) that could stretch up to 3 feet. wouldnt it be awesome if we were able to stretch out out penises this easy, and have it stay that way hahahaha.

for real me too. its funny cuz if i ever remember when i have a spare moment, i do as many as i can and as many holds as hard as i can to try to make up for the off and on! :)
 
today was the same routine as yesterday , except the last 10 minutes with the L.M. i flipped the bundle attachment around so it curved with the bottom of the [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/join-now.html]pa[/words], to get some base stretches in and some 'v' stretches closer the the base, to try to stretch the base out if ya get me.

** after these bundled stretches i looked down at my glans and was taken aback to see about a teaspoon of blood dripping out my urethra! it didn't hurt, i'm thinkin it might have been an existing little scab on the opening of myt urethra, or something inside tore, but after i cleaned everything, i took a piss and everything was clear, no more blood? pretty freaky!

you would think i would stop my routine after seeing so much blood, huh? luckily it was at the end anyway.

i realized this is a pretty extreme BTC angle, moreso than even hanging the butt off the edge of the chair. i definently could feel more intensity in this position. i think it holds alot of promise, i will try it for a while for all BTC stretches, including the rotaries.

i've been thinking about hanging again for maybe a month to see if i can break this plateau i'm on, but i'm gonna give the [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/forum/showthread.php?83577-Length-master-official-order-thread-now-shipping-06-16-2014!!!]LM[/words] another couple weeks at least. and i might have to cut out the bundlin for a little, i dunno.
 
the last few days i haven't used the length master, but have used the [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/join-now.html]pa[/words] a bit instead and been trying reds v ses stretches. also i added some dry jelqs and expressive jelqs and gained a little OVER 1/8 th an inch NBPenis EnlargementL So i am inspired!
 
okay i know i'm a noob and i don't want to eat up bandwidth, but i wanted to post my routine today just as a template for myself because my bpfsl has increased a hair!
so here it is:

-5 min. straight down rotaries.
-5 min. straight out rotaries
-10 min. FOOTLONGS!
-10 min. straight out footlongs*
-5 min. footlongs to the right *
-5 min. " " left*
-5 min. straight out rotaries
-5 min. " " pulse 110's

* all footlongs i have done in the chair in the missionary position(with the feet and legs on the bathroom counter, elevated to around head level; i feel this position provides maximum access to the inner penis, i don't know why, maybe the groin muscles are spread out or something, all i know is most stretches i do feel MUCH more intense and i feel a dull pain INSIDE!)

the S.O. footlongs i do by meeting the top of my ankle/foot to the top of my(opposite side)wrist, instead of the HEELto the top of the HAND.

the S.D. footlongs are traditional heel-to-top-of-hand. anyway i'm stoked, i've been stuck at my current bpfsl for MONTHS now and frankly starting to lose hope, to the point where i decided," dude, what you are doing is not doing anything, might as well TRY A TOTALLY DIFFERENT ROUTINE", which i did today and man i'm glad i did!! :O:)
 
DUDES. I GAINED TODAY. I'M SO FUCKIN HAPPY RIGHT NOW!!!!! i did my same routine today as yesterday excpet i missed my expressive/dry jelq session due to some errands that got in the way. anyway.

my BONE-PRESSED ERECT LENGTH INCREASED BY 1/4 INCH!!!! un-fuckin-real! i am less than an inch away from my goal!! i won't post my size until it feels right, i am a total noob to this site but like i said, i been lurking pretty much every day here for the last year and a half going on two years, reading everything i can from the big gainers as well as the hard gainers and comparing info to my own personal experience, as well as trying pretty much every excercise i could/can.

its funny i have gained OVER 2 INCHES now and am suck a schizoid i worry so much and doubt but its moments like this that make all the effort totally worthwhile! thank you everyone, i couldn't/ can't do it without YOU all!! :o :) :) :)
 
well, my routine has been slowly changin from day to day; i am trying to use intuition to FEEL what stretches are doing anything and which one's aren't. also, i think i am going to focus a bit more on erect stretching again and some of DLD's deep Ligament Jelqs.

i am still devoting around 1-1.5 hours a day, but it is still fully LENGTH oriented: the erect work is erect STRETCHING and jelqs, which i know everyone says are for girth, but i have continuously gained ERECT LENGTH from them, albeit sporadically.

so here is my tentative routine plan:
- 30 min. stretching( footlongs down and straight out, and some rotaries)
-30 min. ERECT stretching (in missionary position, feet elevated on a counter, rotaries and straight out)
-30 min. dry jelqs( 10 min. deep lig jelqs, 20 dual hand jelqs)

my goal is 1/4 inch, i guess i'll give this routine a week or two to see if i notice anythin. oh and i need to do AT LEAST 10 MIN. OF KEGEL WORK A DAY! i been slippin!

and lastly, i missed a couple days this week(thank you DMV!), but i think i needed the break physically for sure, but mainly MENTALLY to recharge my ENTHUSIASM!

well, no noticeable measurement changes so far, but it seems like when i been dry jelqing lately, i am getting the same BPenis EnlargementL measurement even when my glans is not fully engorged, which leads me too believe that when i am sufficiently rested and horny enough, my measurement will be a bit longer, so that gives me hope!

also, my new tentative routine:
-30 min. erect stretches
-30 min. DLD deep lig jelqs
-30 min. slow squash jelqs

this routine seems pretty promising to me, obviously the issue i run into a little is being able to stay ERECT for 1.5 hours EVERY DAY, but i been taking some extenz tabs and they seem to help a bit. hopefully the next time i update this it will be with a GAIN! cheers.
 
not much has changed from my last post, i have been doin more dry jelqing lately and less erect stretching, and also honing my technique with [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/forum/penis-enlargement-forum/12539-slow-squash-jelq-nothing-give-me-better-expansion.html]ssj[/words]'s, which has been showin promise. i am planning on [words=http://www.phallosan.com/shop/catalog/default.php?z=eNortjIxtVKyL0pNszWxMFcrSSxKTy2JL0hMT7U1UisoykyxtbBQSy4tLsnPjS8uKcrMS7dVsgZcMMpbEbo%2C]ADS[/words]-ing, but am still at a loss for the most comfortable/ wearable type. more to come.
