well, i been starting to use the [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/forum/showthread.php?83577-Length-master-official-order-thread-now-shipping-06-16-2014!!!]length master[/words] more. i have to admit, i have a love/ hate relationship with the thing, as some of the bundling excercises are VERY INTENSE, which makes me not look forward to sessions so much, but i am definently feeling some fatigue in my tunica and am noticin a much larger looking flaccid hang both in length AND girth! maybe this is due to the compression of the attachment?

i dunno, but im definently loooking forward to exclusively using the [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/forum/showthread.php?83577-Length-master-official-order-thread-now-shipping-06-16-2014!!!]length master[/words] for at least 30 minutes a day for the next month or two, and seein what happens, but i have a pretty good feeling about it, and every time i have, i end up gaining soon after, so i'm a bit excited! :)

i just gotta get my wrapping down a bit better, and experiment with where feels most comfortable attaching. this thing has a bit of a learning curve which i think is what put me off originally, but lately i just been holding a bundle as tight as i can for about 2 minutes at a time and then bundling the other way. i am getting about 540 degrees around each bundle, or a bundle 1.5 times around.

my erect work is taking a back burner for a bit, with the occasional girth session, like today! the end
 
update: i just received my ORIGINAL BIB hanger today and am hanging 25 lbs. with it as i type this, and i gotta say, it is pretty damn COMFORTABLE as far as hanging goes! alot more comfortable than the bib STARTER i originally started with this last january.

i am pretty excited to start hanging again as i have hit another standstill with length gains the last few months. the reason i stopped hanging back in january was the hanger got pretty uncomfortable at ~ 23 lbs.

now that my dumb-ass re-read the bibhanger info page, it DOES SAY the original can handle higher weights more comfortably, and it seems true for the moment, so yay! i am gonna give this at least an hour a day(aiming for 1.5 hours daily as recommended by Bib) for the rest of the year and look for FATIGUE(soreness around the ligs), and aim to up the weight to 30lbs. in the next month or two. of course, i will check back with progress.

its been a while since i last updated my journal, but here it goes. since my previous entry, i have stopped hanging and switched back to manual stretching. my routine has changed many times the last few months, from duration, to type of exercises, to frequency and intensity. my latest pattern has been
-rotary stretches 3 min.
-BTC stretches 4 min.
-downward squat stretches 3 min.
- double bundled 'A' stretches(720 degrees) 15 min.
- 30 min. [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98 ]Bathmate[/words], 20 of those min. [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98 ]Bathmate[/words] stretching

dry jelqs 20-30 min. every other day

so i do the stretching/Bathmate every other day and on the days off i dry jelq for 20-30 min.

my starting stats were:

10 minutes manual stretches in squatting position( i feel this opens up the area and hits the ligs WAY more than sitting down; try it!)
10 minutes double-bundled 'A' stretches( bundled 720 degrees)
10 minutes double-bundled tug-of-war stretches
-measure/ ruler stretch~2 minutes

aaaand... i am planning on adding 30 minutes bundled [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/forum/showthread.php?83577-Length-master-official-order-thread-now-shipping-06-16-2014!!!]length master[/words] stretching, holding bundled positions 5 minutes at a time till 30 minutes, which i started today, and MAN, am i SORE! YES!
also, i am pretty sure i've gained 1/8th" bone-pressed flaccid stretch length, so awesome! cheers all!

Same wood different finish. We now use a vegetable dye, cuts down of price big time. It is identical to the current model but color, and the newest model is 2" shorter than previous models.

well, its been a while since i've posted in this forum at all (couple months?), but rest assured, my absence usually just means i'm hard at work Penis Enlargement'ing and living life in general. so good news- i've gained about 1.25" NON BONE-PRESSED Erect Length, which is pretty amazing. i think it still hasn't fully registered, but every day i'm more and more grateful, no bullshitting.

my routine is still the same- stretch ~ 30 minutes manuals every other day, dry jelq the other days at least 30 minutes, so i'm pe'ing every day, just switching each day between stretching and jelqing. also, i been more serious about starting my stretch sessions with about 5 minutes of kegel exercise, mostly the first 1/2 of dld's pc routine. i'm amazed how much difference just these 5 minutes every other day makes in my EQ during erect work.

but i think the main reason for the extraordinary gains is my recent WEIGHT LOSS. i been on a diet the last 3-5 months, most importantly counting calories and trying to keep it below 1,500 each day. please see the thread on weight loss i just made for more details. glad to be posting again and to bring the good news and to thank everyone here (as always) for the inspiration and support. keep it up fellas!(pun!)

i'm currently adding 20 minutes of footlong stretches back into my routine, and the last few sessions i had considerable fatigue in my base/lig area which i haven't felt in a LONG time, so i'm pretty excited to start with those again. but alas! since i haven't done them in so long, my grip has been off and i got some chafing and some skin tears just under the glans, so i'm taking a few days off to completely heal. two steps forward, one step back. :/ cheers!

current routine:
-5 min. downward squatting stretches
-3min. BTC stretches
-2min. squatting rotary stretches
-20 min. footlong stretches(downward)
-10 min. double-bundled 'A' stretches
-1 min. bone-pressed ruler stretch( favorite stretch! thanks DLD!)

off days( days i don't stretch):
-30-40 minutes dry jelqs

update: so the last 2-3 weeks i have been dealing with skin tearing just under my glans on the left side ,i have tried to power through a stretch session a few times before the tear has properly healed, only to make it worse, so i ended up taking a week off to completely heal. this happened to me twice now and i'm convinced it is from the intensity of the footlong stretches.

unfortunately, i am putting these on the backburner for a little while, but i AM excited to have started using the lazy ass stretch the last few days. i have read alot about these but never actually done them, but i thought " what the hell" since i couldn't do any manual stretches the last 1-2 weeks.

implementing these into my daily activites has been a pretty smooth transition actually, since i do spend at least an hour or two each day watching tv or playing xbox live, or sitting while on my laptop. all i can say is MAN, my cock is SORE! i really feel like these under-the-leg sitting down stretches are working my tunica, and i have never felt this kind of soreness before. also, when i stretch my penis i feels much more loose and LOOKS longer than before i start any of these sessions, so i'm super stoked. and also, it looks like i've added another 1/4" BPenis EnlargementL after my jelq session today, so i'm damn happy about that!.

i feel like if i think about all the big gains i've made throughout my Penis Enlargement journey, it seems like most of them were after at least a week long break. even breaking my first plateau, it was from a kind of break from manual stretching, when i was hanging. and when i got an infection on my shaft from a pimple, i took about a MONTH off, and came back to gain around 1/4"bpfsl. and then these last 2-3-weeks i haven't done any erect work, and when i finally did a dry jelq/ssj session two days ago, i measured 1/4" BPenis EnlargementL!

this thought that i gain from infrequent, yet intense sessions of Penis Enlargement has slowly crept into my head the last few days, and i don't really know how to feel about it, since i am definitely a creature of habit and routine, and i feel i thrive with consistency and discipline in most areas of my life. when i used to play music a few years ago, i experienced the same thing- i would practice my ass off every day with seemingly not much improvement, but when i took a day or two off, things felt alot more smooth and solid. this towing the line of sparse sessions seems extra challenging in that taking so much time off, there is a temptation to get lazier and lazier or even quit altogether, whereas doing something regularly, every day or every other day doesn't give me enough time to get lazy or doubt. :/

anyways, i'm stoked about these lazy ass stretches, and plan on sticking with them indefinitely. so here is my current routine. -manual stretching every other day, erect work the in-between days.

-5 min. downward squatting stretches
-3min. BTC stretches
-2min. squatting rotary stretches
-15 min. double-bundled 'A' stretches
-10 min. TOW double-bundled stretches
-1 min. bone-pressed ruler stretch( favorite stretch! thanks DLD!)

-1-3 hours lazy ass stretches(10 min.sets then shake out penis and reset)

off days( days i don't stretch):
-30 minutes dry jelqs
-20 minutes slow squash jelqs

for sure. i feel like telling all these guys i see on here who only want a measure once a week or once a month "WTF?" what if you're not gaining the whole time, but you don't know because you don't measure? sounds like a waste of time that could be spent figuring out what works for your body! cheers
 
Damn, It's been a few months since I last posted it seems. Time flies! Well, here's an update-
I was dealing with a chafing issue around the side of my coronal ridge, right under the rim of my glans and around the side. It seemed every time I would stretch, I would get some skin tearing, even after only 20 minutes. And I only stretch every other day mind you.

After dealing with this problem for quite a while( maybe a couple months?), I ended up taking a Couple weeks off. I would stretch once or twice a week, but since I would get tearing, id have to keep taking days off to heal. It was quite a predicament.

It's only been in the last couple weeks I've changed my grip and modified my routine, and with great results, as it always is once I stop being stubborn and actually try something new. It's hard for me to change a routine, even if it was causing chafing, since I have gained with it.

What I did was basically grip lower, like the middle of my shaft, and although I don't feel as intense of a stretch as before, and I am getting much more skin stretching than before, I've Actually gained since the change, so I suppose going by feeling isn't always best( which of course DLD and Bib have already said many times before), and I'm pretty happy with my new routine.

So I'm still every other day, and my routine is about 30 minutes. It goes:
- 5 min kegels( 100 quick, 3 min. Of 5- sec. Squeezes, 1- min. Super squeeze)
- 5 min. Squatting downward stretches
- 5 min.'V' two- handed stretches( one hand on glans, one mid-shaft)
- 7 min. Double- bundled (720 degrees) 'A' stretches ( over forearm)
- 7 min." " outward stretches( where the shaft sits on top of your hand, between your thumb and first finger and you use your wrist to pull downwards. I also use my other hand to assist. I believe this is the blue whale stretch? Can't remember the name, but it kicks ass!) and of course, every stretch I am using my new midshaft grip.

as always, I use Dld' s bone pressed ruler stretch after to measure. Anywho, this routine has been working pretty well so far, the stretches are very intense and my flaccid hangs much lower and fuller after each session. Also, I have been tryin to keep consistent with my dry jelq sessions my off days of stretching- I had an awesome session the other day, I was super hard the entire time and got great expansion, and I think it has at least a little bit to do with the 1-minute kegel squeeze I ended my kegel sessions with the last few times-really squeezing for the entire minute, as hard as I can.

So that's where I'm at with Penis Enlargement at the moment, in a good place, and grateful- for Dld, red, all the mods here, all my Penis Enlargement brothers here, and of course this awesome website. Cheers!
 
Good to have you back posting! I am so happy you got over that injury with the chaffing, that can really suck. A tip in the future, cop a tube of Hydrocortisone cream and use that on your penis 3-5 times a week, this will eliminate any and all skin issues. Your come back routine looks solid and I look forward to the new gains you will be making! Welcome back my friend!
