you have a different body type, im an ectomorph meaning i have a very high metabolism. putting on weight for someone like me is a lot more hard I am also an athlete and have been all my life.
 
Theres a very good article on bodybuilding.com forum that shows how to gain with a fast metabolism, something about low sets but high reps. and the obvious keep track of food intake...

Another thing i was wondering, I increased the DLD stretches to 1 min a piece which is starting to cramp my hand, does anyone know if there is a gain to be had by massaging the ligament while doing the stretch?
 
Combined with progressive stretching after using the [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]extender[/words] and the DLD stretching throughout the day, i was able to add another small bar to the device...

So far it has stayed on comofortably for a while, lets see if it lasts the full hour. After adding that 1 new bar, it felt like so much trouble and had to use two hands together to keep stretched to tie it down. Oh well, atleast i know im still gaining :) Will try and take new measurements at the end of this month. Hopefully receive a shocking New Years measurement....

Will keep updating till my goal is reached or if it decides to come detached from my body @_@
 
Ok, so i haven't updated in a bit, in that time i've added another small bar to the device and i think thats that. I've been stuck like this for a bit. and it doesn't seem like i can get any longer at this time.

Should i keep it up and cement it, or should i take a break... it seems like everytime i stretch it stays like that for a bit and then it goes back to what it was the other day.

This weekend i am going to try and wear it most of the weekend to try and get more results instead of just an hour a day.

I love my gains, but its discouraging to be stuck.
 
Ok everyone well since i took some time off and started hitting it again i added two more small bars, all is great and everything, i just can't see myself keeping this up in private so i had to switch devices in hopes that it will change.

I just bought the [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98 ]Bathmate[/words] from the USA site for around $120 shipped with the sale they are having. It looks like a pump with a pressure relief valve and you can use warm water to keep everything nice and loose and undamaged. I think this might be a better method than normal pumping due to the use of water and have heard some good things. So I hope i can get some nice perma gains from this.

I'm assuming i should pump while im hard right?

I tried it today, felt the vacuum on it like crazy, it is very easy to overdo it and get hurt.. I tried to do this while hard, but you go down in the tube after time when you think you're still hard.

I came out of the tube and wasn't going to be like OMG results, no. But they have a measuring ruler on the side that will show you what you are at.

So far i love this thing. I had to do it in 10 min increments because of the pressure as just being a noobie to pumping, but i reached 160mm on the tube which is .25 inches over my EL. Coming out i got erect and felt a tiny gain in EG as well...

but the most noticible thing from pumping with the water is that my dick came out of the thing super smooth, like it was brand new skin, like the pressure with the water hydrated it. Sweet, I am glad i dropped the money on it, i will continue to play with it and will post results here along with a manual excersize as well. they are having a sale now where you save like $30 or something so if you are interested in it i recommend you scoop on up now.

Edit: SO EASY TO GET FUCKING HURT I GOT SMALL RED SPOTS ON THE SIDE OF MY DICK WTF!!!! ~ pissed now... i guess thats normal for some times overpumping im assuming ill have to wait for them to go away?

Regarding the marks you are worried about. I did some sneak jelqing and stretching the past few days and I got some bruising.

I think the small marks guys get while doing Penis Enlargement are normal. They do not hurt. Even aches in the ligs are ok. It's when you feel intense pain that you know you did something wrong.
 
Thanks for the reply i was kind of freaking out about it, I don't know if i should try and pump again but from what you said i should be fine.

And they don't hurt at all, but its the first time I have ever experienced it from all of my workouts so I was shocked about it, i guess that means it works...
 
ok another update,

the spotting went away and i used the pump again last night but only for like 12 mins uninterupted.

Going on the 10th minute i got up to 165 from my 160 yesterday as a max, I guess im becoming situated with the pressure and I am doing a manual routine as well.

I won't say I'm getting results like that, but it is hard to stay completely erect in there. I haven't noticed much girth gains

The instructions say to use it when you're flaccid but every pumper says go erect for gains? I dunno, still confused. Going to continue and report back with any breaking news
 
Another update as i keep going.

You can't use this thing dry regardless, it just won't work so i brought a bucket of water upstairs because I couldn't use it in the shower. Works just as well w/e.

This is the 3rd? time using it. NOW I am seeing some after session visual gains. Looked alot more girthy while semi flaccid and in the tube while pumping i hit 170mm so thats 6.7 inches now. Hard I only use to be 6x6. and this is the third time.

I am amazed with the design and progress of this, and i wish i could stay in there longer to get some permanent gains quicker, but i will be using this daily to solidify those gains! Lets see how well this keeps going :)
 
This thing is tricky to work i just found out. it varies how much you can pump if youre 100% erect or flaccid. So far i noticed more flaccid length, slightly more erect length and flacid girth. I'm kinda loving this thing especially the fact that it shows possible solid gains if you keep working at it and you only have to wear it for 20 mins vs the hour + with the [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]size genetics[/words]!

I'm hoping my enthusiasm keeps up, and I can't wait to use this thing on my girlie, mentally i'm more encouraged by seeing what could be.

So about now I think I stand when I am completely erect when measuring correctly not pushing in 6.25 EL rock hard and tad over 6.0 EG....Flacid lengths i couldn't really be bothered much, but I'll check maybe next time.

I'm trying to set some new goals now. Reading everyone elses journals I see my measurements are above average, but I'm going for beastly status like ALD and DLD or atleast going for 8x6.5 or 7 in the long long run...
 
Ok, so heres the update. I've been takin some time off of this figuring where I want to go with all of this. I got everything i pretty much need in the long run for all of this. Not an expensive journey either, but well worth it in the long run. After some time using the hanger I will update with new measurements if there are some to show.

I just purchase a hardcore bib hanger and was playing around with it yesterday. Wrapped up once for 2 sets and it started slipping, so i added more material and it hung nice with 5lbs on it. But you can really feel the fatigue of this thing working for you. There is no doubt in my mind this is one of the best ways for good solid gains.

I heard that I am not suppose to work on girth at the same time as I am hanging, is this true? And can anyone recommend a good girth routine?
