Okay,

You guys can pull up my other posts to get the background on me...

To make it brief -

I"m concerned about Jelqing as it may further desensitize my penis (I have sensitivity issues due to years and years of DRY masturbation. Therefore I am slowly associating myself with lube and slowly masturbating with the LEAST amount of pressure needed to climax).

If I jelq, I don't want to consistently press and "milk" which may contribute to my penis being (already) desensitized.

So - moving on. From watching the videos in the "How to use" sticky...the first video (stretching) make me "irk" a little....looks painful....that and I'm a "small" guy...i doubt I could even twist that way...lol

But the next video and the following show that you can add a "resistance band" to the clip (where the weights would go (which would in theory, act like an [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]extender[/words] - wouldn't it?)

Additionally, the stretching looks to be much more rigorous and you get a better stretch from using the product.

And I believe from a theoretical standpoint that hanging is going to be the most effective way to get length gains.

So, can I as a newbie try this ?

Wouldn't dry jelqs affect the nerves or underlying tissue more (when milking)?

Looks like a great routine. The Stretch Bands will be available sometime next month. We placed an order and now are waiting for the shipment overseas.

resistant bands don't really mimic extending. it mimics hanging. You do a resistant band workout for 20-30 minutes at the most just like a hanging session. an [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]extender[/words] doesn't come anywhere near the amount of tension you can get with resistant band training and i keep my [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]extender[/words] on for hours without removing it unless i have to piss.

So my question is should i add a set of hanging to Day A to ensure my penis continues to stay in an elongated state to maximize my gains. I've read you shouldn't rest when doing a hanging routine unless your injured or absolutely necessary.

Also, - What position should I begin hanging in (when i did it yesterday I just sat down and let my penis hang straight down).

I would like to incorporate the "resistance band hanging" also. But not sure how to incorporate it. Will prob do it "x" days per week and then the regular hanging "x" days per week. What do you guys think?

yes it's ok to hang the same day you do manual stretching. Yes your routine looks good. i you keep it up you'll see gains for sure. Yes i use the resistant bands just to sit and perform a static stretch in the straight out or up direction.

I hang either straight down, up, or straight up. I have a pulley system set up so i can lie down and hang straight out. You can also use the resistant band to hang straight up. I lie down on my bed laying with my head towards the door so the resistant band wraps around the door overhead and gives me a strong straight up pull at my cock. make sure the band is secure though...dont want it popping off

i mostly hang straight out when using weights. i have a pulley system that allows me to lie flat while hanging straight out to the ceiling

No discomfort, still experiencing morning erections. Haven't increased weight re hanging still at fifteen ounces. Will increase next week. Hanging one set on manual days (newbie routine w [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98]Bathmate[/words]) then four sets following day. Not sure how or when to implement the bands (possibly during hanging days begin with two sets and use to stretch).

Impatience is your worst enemy when it comes to PE so take it SLOW brother, this is a marathon not a sprint.

Very good advice but i lean the other way. I did PE for many years off and on before the [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/forum/showthread.php?83577-Length-master-official-order-thread-now-shipping-06-16-2014!!!]LM[/words] was available. it can create a much more intense stretch then my hands or other hangers ever could. but you can also use lower intensities with it as well. you don't have to go all out. this will take people training to amazing places both on day 1 and after 1 year and 2 years and forever!!

No one should feel this piece of equipment is to much for them at first. I wish i would have had this from day 1!! It is such an amazing tool which really expands what can be achieved right from the start.

i agree.impatience/going to hard to soon is our worst enemy in PE but that can happen with any form of training.

For instance, hanging would be a set weight for a set time but the [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/forum/showthread.php?83577-Length-master-official-order-thread-now-shipping-06-16-2014!!!]LengthMaster[/words] does not have these limits, if you want more intensity you simply apply it on the fly, if it is too much you can release all intensity. It will follow your gains by allowing you to increase little by little as you are stretching.

Week 3 now.
I began hanging 2.5 pounds and will be increasing next week.

Yesterday (DAY B - Only stretching and 4 sets of hanging) I incorporated a resistance band.

I sat on my chair, tied the band to the end of my "rigged" hanger, and tied the end to the table.

I got a really really good stretch (it was pulling straight out like an [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]extender[/words] would), I planned on doing 1 hour of this (then continue with the 4 sets as usual).

But, after 50 minutes or so I noticed that my hanger was pushing against the glans and therefore trapping the blood in the head of my penis...so it was going numb!

So I took it off and after a few minutes it felt fine.

Does this happen to you? I would assume not given your using a different more well developed apparatus (LM).

Today I bought a better clamp to clamp down the "Captains Wrench" (what I"m using....if you run a search you'll know what I'm talking about) so it stays mid shaft and doesn't pull on the head.

Then I'd like to continue on with the resistance training (on both Days A and Day B, but for longer periods on Day B since thats the day where I only hang...

on Day A - Today - I'll do my DLD [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/forum/penis-enlargement-newbie-forum/1597-dlds-first-routine-i-gained-2-inches-with-this-routine-full-tutorial.html]newbie routine[/words] w/ [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98]bathmate[/words] and one set of hanging, but I'd like to do a half hour of the resistance, then on Day B (hanging only) do one hour of resistance, maybe even more...and incorporate different positions on different days - kind of like you in your videos - side, up, down, etc...

BTW - After jelqing my [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98]BM[/words] sessions are getting better. I've learned to really be patient with it....spend a whole 15 minutes inside...slowly pump...then wait...don't just pump up to max and wait....I'm getting A LOT more girth out of it....

I've measured flaccid but not erect yet....tried to this afternoon but by the time i got the darn ruler i was going limp...lol...my length seemed the same but i did feel like (by looking mind you) girth had increased perhaps.

Let me know what you think about resistance and if you get the pushing on the head of the penis...

I would suggest to do 5-10 mins of [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98]bathmate[/words] before the jelqing. I do it myself right now in my routine to get pre-expansion with the pump witch will increase the intensity of the girth session. This way you'll start with your penis expanded over it's normal girth and also you'll get more blod to jelq around witch will dramatiaclly improve our expansion during the jelq session and break down more calipares.

Anyway, try it both ways and see how it works for you.

Blue is right a warm up can be a light [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98]BathMate[/words] pumping to prime the tissue for work. I usually do a set of light basic stretching to warm up but even a light jelqing session will do the same. A warm up is all about preparing the tissue for the battle while a warm down is a healing method which I think is best accomplished with heat and massage.
