this will not only create a much better suction but will also reduce skin irritation, and much more pleasant i might add

I'm going to start dry pumping from tomorrow. It will make everything more easier for me. i still think water pumping is more effective, i've just been lazy to set up the tub in my room, and 6 sets in the shower at this point is just not practical

i just remember when i had the [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98 ]x30[/words] i started out water pumping and believe me the expansion was even greater, eventually now i have the [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98 ]x40[/words], but regardles i think it's good to switch it up so try it out and let me know how it goes

yea i'll have to try out the vacuvin mod if you're referring to replacing the handball pump? maybe i'll just get it to test out the differences

as of now the ball-pump is very very strong, especially with water

i would be hesitant going passed the max pressure the ball-pump is giving me but if you're saying the Vacuvin can go higher than the ball-pump i may try the theory of shocking the unit with [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98 ]ultra max[/words] small sets to see if that can cause faster results

do u feel these different approaches will cause different gains? which would u recommend and why?

right now i feel it could be equal in end result but maybe not

it's basically shock stretch(3 sets in a row of same direction) VS sustainable stretch(circuit format)

so i'm trying to figure which one will cause quicker gains or does it even matter or maybe sustainable is healthier for EQ

thank u for the contest and motivation. i've been pretty busy this month, but i make sure to participate in the contest and get my workouts in. the main reason i joined last month was for motivation and to cement a consistent approach, and so far so good. i'm happy to say now i will be consistent from now on with or without the contest because i formed a habit and made gains. now next step is to work on my length routine. from that point on switch things up or add new exercises once a current routine becomes too predictable or limited

i still need to upgrade my routine a bit to include high intensity jelqs which i feel are very effective and also to try other stuff, i've just been very inconsistent with jelqs. the high intensity ones are not easy so i need to keep pushing myself to do them until i become conditioned to it so that it becomes an additional habit

i may need to start doing 2 PE sessions per day, perhaps 1 in morning and 1 later, so maybe i'll do stretches and my type of kegels together in the first and the rest later

Measure officially every 90 days
Measure girth expansion after every session to be sure there is expansion
Measure Bone-Pressed Flaccid-Stretched every 2 weeks to be sure length work is working
