Haven't thought about it but I should start probably measuring at least once every 2 weeks considering this is probably the most intense and consistent PE i've ever done, with the exception of 2 years back when around the time i started this thread i used to do A LOT of clamped kegeling

also interesting to note is my length and girth can vary and fluctuate on any given day based on what i eat, do, and environmental factors i think...

i remember years ago i used to measure all the time, some days i was 6.5, some days 7

there would be days where im extremely horny and my size is much tighter and smaller than usual

then other times i could be horny and my size is huge

but one thing i do know is that jelqing, stretching, erect bending for instance will bring u to a more median measurement where u will stay at a higher measurement more consistently

thats probably why it was fluctuating because it simply relied on capillary function and biological state and before i wasn't doing much length and stretch work consistently until now im gradually adding more length work

Keep it up brother! The gym will only motivate you to want to push harder with your PE. Use the both of them to motivate one another. I've been using a heat pad when getting up and doing a few manual strechtes then wrapping with an [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/forum/showthread.php?44-Ace-Strapped-Jims-Joint]ACE[/words] wrap and head to the gym. I like how I stay elongated while pumping in the gym.

I love early morning work! I have always done all my length work in the morning for 2 reasons, length work is boring and I could get it all in and not have to think on it through the day.
