Do you have Bacitracin? Do you have Hydrocortisone?

Bacitracin is the best thing to use for open cuts, scratches, etc.
Hydrocortison is best with avoiding all these skin issues all together.

took off sunday, was out for the whole day after gym session

i used neosporin on whole shatft as I have not got bassitration or hydrocortizone yet like DLD mentioned, so hopefully these other creams can heal this damage

Fitness and PE are perfect together and will enhance each other. A leaner body, smaller fat pad and low body fat will show much more penis than when you are overweight. This is real penis and just not visible because of the fat. Once this is gone the penis looks so much bigger. Add in PE and make growth while loosing weight you can double your results. I have always put these two hand in hand.

and yea DLD right now I'm intermittent fasting almost daily while working out, which I read increases HGH dramatically(HGH levels are highest in morning and evening, and if you eat breakfast or too late of a dinner it suppresses your HGH and testosterone), so I try to eat a quality meal before 7. And of course working out actually extends your HGH production so you're not actually supposed to eat right after working out, but rather replenish yourself with a lot of water and trace minerals and certain compounds such as potassium, apple cider vinegar, quality salt ideally himalayan, vitamins A, D, K E, and lime juice. This all allows for enzymes to absorb nutrients into muscle better, which is ideal for fitness.

for instance while I'm intermittent fasting, I mix half teaspoon himalayan salt, a drop of creme of tartar powder(very high in potassium so use veery little), lime juice, and teaspoon of ACV into a gallon of water and drink that during the day, before, during, and after workouts too.

10/04/17 yesterday

took a day off PE to let the shaft skin relax a bit. atm 60% of shaft skin has healed, the other 40% turned into tiny open red dot sores that have hardened and should shed soon(similar to if one were to scrape the elbow). so i guess this time somehow the skin expanded very highly and not enough oxygenation perhaps?

anyway i got in morning and evening fitness sessions yesterday. right now primarily chest, arm, back muscles, and hamstrings, adductors and quadriceps are growing.

only if I need to piss, otherwise I've always left it on and I'm also pretty busy when wearing it, either out and about, in the gym, or working

but perhaps I should take breaks during post-pe ring use? I didn't really wonder about that, I was trying to figure out exactly how my first rings of fire skin injury happened during PE. I just think it was because I was using a base ring and it pressing hard against the rim of the [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98]BM[/words] gator. I should have always used my favorite long ring I was talking about, but for a month I was trying the short silicone on the sack, so it's possible the wrong ring for the sack was responsible but also keeping in mind I used a lot of [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98]BM[/words] pressure these past few months as well

I'd wager that the skin became sensitive to something and then when you continued with your routine (as we all would have done), that just made it inflame
 
I want to thank you K18 for suggesting the 6x6 pumping set for me. My expansion has never been this good. Very little to no fluid retention. Strictly tissue expansion. Thanks once again.

true, and i can deal with a lot of pain in the [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98]BM[/words] because I like to test my ability to endure the stress, which is one of the reasons i was doing longer sets before. those days when i got out of the [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98]BM[/words] it was a huge relief to say the least

Can you post a few pics with each ring explained for use and time of use (the rings alone so I can see how the look)? I just want to make sure I have a good understanding. When your at the gym you don't notice when do heavier lifts and any lifts in general some tension in or around the penis area?

Shorter sets will always bring less retention and more tissue expansion. 18 minutes is just too long. 6 minutes make much more sense.

well here we are, this is my first 4 days off PE in a row since 3-4 months ago, planning on continuing today. i think i've been relying on the [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98]BM[/words] too much and I kind of don't want to use it atm. ned to try oter exercises so i can use it more of a complimentary thing.

i forgot to mention about the rings:

*keep in mind, the black sack ring is sligtly smaller in hole diamater but it is VERY stretcy so easy enough to get sack through it, now the red ring is a lot more rigid and not that stretchy, it as a quick limit, so even though it is decent and does the job for keeping post-PE expansion I think there are better ones out there

different rings are made differently and have different materials, some single materials others more than one. some are made to stretch more, others more rigid, some are ribbed like the red one others smooth, and so on and so forth, so test different ones for yourself considering they don't cost TOO much unless they are premium rings.

for instance i have both premium and cheap, the black sack ring is premium i bought at a sex shop for maybe 10-15$ i think? the red one and then the blue one i used before that was partially responsible for my skin injuries are a bit cheaper. but don't get me wrong they are GOOD, everyone has different skin and i happened to overdo the training, etc.

at the end of the day, test different ones for yourself. what i did before purchasing the ONES i decided to get was i visually determined whether from Amazon pics or in the sex shop was if this is the TYPE of ring that would work well for me. i also measured eyeballed my base girth and determined ring sizes from 1" to 1.5" would be suitable, 1" for very tightness, 1.5" for decent tightness, so experiment with this advice and create your own, but it's pretty simple anyway

**one more advice about rings, there are rings with balls around them made mostly to either stimulate the frenelum or under the glans during edging i think, i personally didn't find the specific ones i got comfortable b/c they were very rigid like the red ring. i used them once over a year ago and haven't used since. if u can find a frenelum or glans ring with balls around that is soft and stretchy like the black ring above then i think it would be a lot better for edging perhaps but i may still test out the ones i have, i just remember they were a bit tight slightly hard to remove and rigid

(while erect with full-hand grip pulling down somewhere around mid-shaft skin; not too close to upper shaft so to prevent tears below glans; now simultaneously push out hold reverse kegel while stimulating glans with thumb of other hand by way of rub or similar for as long as you can until breaking point, for me it's usually 9-12 secs, then immediately in this position do a kegel hold for as long as you can until breaking point, for me it's usually up to 18 secs.)

first of all the tube reduces girth circumference in bottom half of shaft, and second of all, and this is the worst part is that above the end of the comfort tube, there will be more expansion in the upper shaft if you max out, so you will have a hell of a time removing it considering the upper shaft is now thicker than bottom half lol

without the pad now the swelling and expansion is a lot more even

so they need to work on it b/c gator bites are a bit painful and annoying, but it's not that bad, maybe they can put some smooth film around the bottom or make the [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98]comfort pad[/words] without the tube going inside somehow or being smaller in circumference than the actual [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98]BM[/words] tube, idk why they did that, it would defeat the purpose of max expansion idk

that has helped me drastically, before my balls didn't get actually sucked inside the tube, but they were very tight and close to gator, very uncomfortable especially because im usually using [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98]BM[/words] in seated position

This shoe lace idea needs to be seen with great caution, it will dig into the skin and cause pain. I suggest you use [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/forum/showthread.php?44-Ace-Strapped-Jims-Joint]ACE[/words] or similar with a wider footprint so as not to hurt the skin.

K18, I want to start doing dry pumping cause I'm tired of the mess the water and bucket in my room is causing. Do you shave off all the pu if hair completely and use lubricant? Please tell me how to go about it.

I was actually thinking of trying dry pumping for a few sets as well to save time in the shower.

yes i HIGHLY advise to routinely shave off pubic air, especially at the base of shaft, pubic bone, and sack.

this will not only create a much better suction but will also reduce skin irritation, and much more pleasant i might add

second i used to use the recommended water based lube as the [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98 ]BM[/words] itself states in the instructions but i found it to be a bit cold and nasty smelling

now i use a decent amount of neosporin on the shaft and shaved areas. and it actually also creates a much better suction and it has a neutral smell, not to mention since my skin injuries it has done well preventing any kind of skin pain, very good switch for me

although [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98 ]BM[/words] doesn't recommend oils and i understand that if it's a PURE oil, but neosporin and creams like hydrocortisone and etc. are more of a petroleum jelly type texture, much different than pure oil, and it works better from multiple aspects
