I have no experience in hanging, so I couldn't tell you for sure. But you definitely want to start out slow at first then build your way up, just like with anything new.

I don't have any experience in hanging so I can't really say for sure. Like anything, start off small then build your way up. I know that hanging can be very dangerous if done incorrectly and the last thing you want to do is hurt yourself. Can't train a broken penis right? Haha! I would say that 2 hrs of hanging is too much for just starting out. Probably 15 mins at a low weight is good. Then just build on that. Definitely check the Hanging Forum for better knowledge and understanding. Ill be doing that when my stretching has reached a plateau.

Btw I tried the gloves thing. I don't have latex gloves probably, but I got some plastic type glove..it's silk and slippery but I'm getting a crazy good grip!

Yeahh! Thanks bro I got a crazy stretch pulling down with as much intensity as possible I could feel the pull even in the inside. I never had that happen.
On the other side, Today while taking a piss I pulled it out all the way and the size was really disapointing for me because I feel like I've gained nothing..It looked smaaalll :( But I'll keep on trying

SO you are saying that the down position is the only stretch position that you are feeling intensity?
 
No. I said straight down position gave me a crazy intense stretch. I didn't mention the other angles. I felt like a wall is being pulled down and stuff so is that good or bad?

First, I think you need to exercise some patience with yourself and the Brothers here, no one is avoiding answering your questions, perhaps the ones who have viewed your thread have no advice to add. It is better to be patient and wait for an answer than to call the Brotherhood a scam, especially when we make no money from answering questions, there is no place to scam.

I think that to ensure length gains it is important to always be applying stress to the penis in some manner. Hanging is good if you have lots of time and privacy. A good hanging routine would consist of 3-5 sets of 15-20 minutes. I am assuming you will be adding it to what you are already doing so it will definitely benefit you in gains. If you have an [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]Extender[/words] it is smart to practice healing measures through wearing the [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]Extender[/words] during the time you are not training. Even at a medium tension it will manifest the gains faster and make them permanent at the same time.

Also, getting in smaller sets of stretching in between Extending and Hanging will also serve to help solidify gains. So basically, in between each set hanging or extending you will want to get in a quick set of angular stretches. Best two stretches to work in would be the Behind the Cheeks and the Rotary Stretches as they hit all angles.

Well there really is no problem in the device itself, the problem is to have it under my pants. It's relaly uncomfortable when the glans touches the pant...And I finally got a wrap but its not a wrap its a tape because I couldn't find a elastic wrap in the store I asked around and nobody could help me out...Due to no gains I've been becoming less and less motivated..As soon as I see some gains I'll jump back to being that dedicated Penis Enlargement soldier again lol! I think you need to spend more time becoming more comfortable. I completely understand discouragement when it is not perfect but this only means you should spend more time on mastering the wrap and the comfort issues. Maybe a light wrap around your glans after you are strapped in so it does not brush.

Way off on that. It is as effective as any hanger as it can handle the weight of any competitor hanger, especially the Bib. Does it stretch from the glans is my question because only way I ever felt inner pull of tissues/blood vessels is when I stretched from my glans or had a finger or two around the glans...And many people wear bib hanger .5/1 inch under their glans line, like SWM video..Anyway, I tried that and I did not get any pull other than a little skin pull at the base.. So what's up with that? is it that I'm just not feeling it but it's actually stretching ligs or it has a different ideology?
 
Great, I'll start doing that full time now... Now I do them fast, as in one a second I guess, start at the base and work my way up tightly to where the skin is bunched up around my head. Good no?

3 to 4 seconds is best. You want to take your time so you can feel the routine very well. Jelqing shouldn't be done only. It should be done as a part of a solid routine because jelq is an amateur exercise.
