I see. That's fine with me. What do you think about both hanging and stretching everyday? Tunica stretching and ligaments hanging? Would that be overtraining if I hang for 1-2 hours and do Tunica work for 1 hour or so? Some poeple like Dashdeming has gained tremendously by just doing one 20 minute set every day and 800 dry jelqs.
