A guy on thundersplace posted something about how he knows when a routine is helping his erection quality, and I realized that the same thing is true for me. Basically, when my EQ sucks, I get no morning wood, no nighttime erections, and no spontaneous erections throughout the day. I only get hard when stimulated. WHen it's a little better, I'll get morning wood. When it's even better, I get night wood too, and when it's the best I get all three. Since I've been doing Penis Enlargement (after I got over my initial fatigue), I have all three. Except when I go on a sex/masturbation bender, then I don't get the random hardons throughout the day.
