Newbie stretches (v): 1 min each

I definitely made the right decision going from 2 minutes to 1 minute on the newbie stretches. It is allowing me to really ramp up the intensity. And adding the v is making them even better. I had the best stretch I've ever had today. I really tore the hell out of my dick!

I also threw in some erect towel raises for my pc muscle. I'm trying to increase my angle of erection. I think a boner that points almost straight up just looks better, more virile and masculine. Right now mine stands at about 10 o'clock, and I'd like to get it up to 10:30 (45 degrees) or 11:00.

A guy on thundersplace posted something about how he knows when a routine is helping his erection quality, and I realized that the same thing is true for me. Basically, when my EQ sucks, I get no morning wood, no nighttime erections, and no spontaneous erections throughout the day. I only get hard when stimulated. WHen it's a little better, I'll get morning wood. When it's even better, I get night wood too, and when it's the best I get all three. Since I've been doing Penis Enlargement (after I got over my initial fatigue), I have all three. Except when I go on a sex/masturbation bender, then I don't get the random hardons throughout the day. Anyway, I thought it was an interesting observation. Feel free to post your thoughts on boners too.

This is interesting I will keep tabs on how often I get hard. I use to not be able to go 5 minutes without being hard now not so much.

Hey bubblehead, thanks for checking in! The erect towel raises are pretty easy. You just get hard, put a towel on the end of your dick, and then kegel. Your penis should "stand up" a little more when you flex the pc muscle, so it's like lifting weights with your dick!

Correct me if I'm wrong, but isnt' bubblehead Navy lingo for guys who serve on suBathmatearines?

I feel like I'm slacking off a little bit. I've been trying to tell myself that action precedes motivation, but I still have a hard time making myself do this. The good news is that I still haven't "broken the chain" in 10 days. That little motivational/self-discipline tool might be worth its weight in gold...

Thanks, DLD. I have a tendency to just dabble in things and not stick with them. I don't want to just fade away and give up penis enlargement. That's why I'm so determined not to start missing days. My new favorite quote is:

My penis felt really good today, like it's getting back into shape after not working out for a while. Even got a random boner in the car for no reason! Love those!

So the chain remains unbroken. I'm using this 30 days as sort of a base. I'll measure on May 25, and depending how much progress I've made, I'll step up my routine. SSJs for girth, some kettlebell stretches for length, who knows what else? Maybe I'll just double up my routine, do it once in the morning and once in the evening.

just like the way bubblehead sounds i never been on a sub.

i think its great that you're staying consistent i have trouble peing some days but the days i do i go hard

Did you follow my ideas or stick with whatever you've been doing? And did you notice the ligs and tunica is what I'm trying to get at if you stretched a little farther down.
 
I'm gripping about 3/4 of the way up the shaft. If I grip any closer to the base than that, the skin seems to get in the way. I can definitely feel it in my ligs, not as much in the tunica. I stopped writing this, but I'm doing v-stretches on most of the newbie stretches (except for between the cheeks, straight down, and straight up). That has really intensified the stretch. I can't wait to measure!! I'm obsessed!
 
Yea thats about the same area I grip. I have alot of extra skin down there, scrotum, fat pad, shaft, you name it. So I grip 3/4ths up to avoid Turkey Neck but still get a good tug. The Tunica stretch I'm talking about is like this. I'll describe.

Grab 3/4ths up. Make your pointer and your thumb Connect at the bottom side of your penis. You can do this overhand, underhand, whichever way you dont get a hand cramp. Now this is where it gets funny. Dont let your hand slide up your penis at all, grip firmly and slowly pull upwards towards your chin like most people say you target the Tunica with. Keep the grip firm and dont slip upwards at all now that its pointing up. You wont feel much of a burn but you will feel a slight tug right above your balls on the underside of your shaft, and maybe even throughout your nuts/underneath your balls. You wont be able to stretch it upwards much because the Tunica is one tough motherfucker. Ever since I've been doing Penis Enlargement I've been concentrating more on the Tunica stretching 'upwards' because I could feel more of a tug there because I wasn't doing my stretching this way and my ligs didn't feel fatigued or stretched at all. Keep at it and you'll notice it. Sometimes you wont if thats not the area that needs worked more.

Just some info to try and see how other people respond to stretching this way. I'm doing pretty good with it and I was doing horrible without it.
