Head size is something we need to figure out more about as there has been little evidence of anyone making head size gains. The reason I believe this to be difficult if not impossible is the fact that the glans does not have a skin covering that would contain the expansion. My best advice in head size is to become proficient, strong and with longevity with holding a Kegel. A Kegel can fill the head with twice the amount of blood usually in there, so if you can hold a Kegel for 10 minutes you can have sex with a larger head, IF you can hold the Kegel.

Thanks my Brother. You know as well as me the RedZulu and Supra put everything into this and never made permanent increases. It would be an incredible thing if a method was created to accomplish this. I did Head Squeezes for months on end without gaining head size. The thing I can do is expand my head to almost 2 times it's normal size with a strong Kegel on hold. I tested how long I could go yesterday but I kept forgetting and losing track. I know I can hold for at least 10 minutes, enough time for sex if there was only someone to have sex with!

Dash... would you be willing to make a video of yourself doing these? I've tried them multiple times with no luck at all in terms of creating pressure.

Clamping isn't working at all for me anymore... I've been doing multiple clamps at different places along the shaft and no gains at all... need something new.

Also, do you find this method significantly more intense than using multiple cable clamps at the base of your cock?

Alright I think I finally figured these out.

First thing is you should use a clamp to secure the rope... second you have to pull the rope VERY firmly and make sure that as you're pulling it you don't let any slack come into the rope at all. If you pull it tight and then let it go loose a bit you'll lose the pump. It takes me about 4 or 5 turns to get a good pump.

I wouldn't say the pressure is that much more than triple clamping, but it might be slightly. The benefit (for me at least) seems to be that the pressure stays in your cock longer than with clamping. With clamping for me I lose pressure quickly. With the rope I can maintain intense pressure for about 3 minutes. Also as the pressure goes down you can grab the wound rope with your other fist and push it up the shaft slightly to increase the pressure more. Basically jelqing but with the rope.
 
Mick, have you tried using a low dose of an erectile dysfunction medication like generic viagra? I always got the best results from clamping when I did so. Just another idea.
 
I've definitely considered that but never done it. That's a bit crazy for me right now I think... I'm not a big fan of pharmaceuticals, but I also don't wanna over do it while in a clamping session. Also I don't know how to get it.

It's not too crazy I guess... good idea I just don't know if I wanna experiment with it yet and be taking viagra on a regular basis. I may get a couple and try it out once or twice.

Also like I said a couple posts above I think I've figured out the rope stuff and actually had a couple good sessions with some pretty big pumps. The key for me seems to be that the engorgement lasts longer with the rope than with the clamps alone as you can form a uniform seal around the whole cock, which the clamp doesn't necessarily do. When I clamp I get maximum intensity for like 1 minute max. With the rope I was able to keep maximum intensity for about 3 minutes.

So I'm gonna stick with the rope for now and see how things go. Maybe get some viagra just to try on its own cause I've never done it before.
 
Cool. I wasn't able to get the dash wrap to work for me. Couldn't wrap without a ton of skin pinching. You using a cloth under wrap? Personally, I only used 25mg of Viagra when I clamped. Again, it was a supplement, to improve my sessions.
 
I tried it before a few times and could never get it to work... glad I gave it another go though cause I think it may be the way for me. You definitely need a cloth under the wrap. There still is a tiny bit of pinching, but not too bad. Clap the frayed end of the rope under the clamp and then basically just start wrapping, pulling the rope very tightly and being careful not to let any slack in. Take me 4 - 5 turns to get a good pump.

Do you need a prescription to order from them?
