Thanks DLD for the good advice. As I wrote earlier I startet on the bathroom routine, I really think this can help with my gains. But at the moment I can't do it, broken hand so no way I can Penis Enlargement. So now I'm off Penis Enlargementing for 4 weeks :( not something I'm happy about. But today I decided that in this period I'll try ADC and see what it can do for me while I can't use my hand.
 
So I've been trying out this ADC today and so far no problems. I'm using a latex wrap and a very small thick rubber-band for clamp. Not as hard a clamp I would like but a good start. I've been able to wear this for the whole day no problem. Just had a shower and there was a difference no doubt so the clamp is not all bad. The only bad thing is that it's hard to but on the latex wrap. Also I have to find something new for a clamp if I want to continue with this method.
 
As I have lost use of my hand I have had to try and work out in a different way. So at the moment i'm trying out ADC. In the morning I pump 3 sessions of 10 mins each, this gives me a good size. Then i put on a cockring and on with the rest of the day. I get some fluid build up but not really anything much, but I do get a wild size in my pants all day :)
I'm really hoping for some good gains but as this is very new to me I don't know what to expect.

I got my hand out of the cast a couple of weeks ago. And now I'm started to jelq again. I've always been a dry jelq'er but now i'm trying out some wet jelqs to see what these can do for me. Also i'm ADC as much as I can, but something strange happened today. The latex cockring I was using as a clamp broke! How it happened I don't know but it did. So now I have to find something else I can use. I just love the feeling of a big flaccid dick all day.
 
I'm thinking of started up again, haven't been Penis Enlargement'ing for some time only alittle pumping now and again. I've started jelqing abit in the shower and the last week I have also been doing some erect bends after the jelqs. The big problem is my gf, she doesn't like me Penis Enlargement'ing and thinks I don't need it. She thinks it's bad for me and I should just accept how big I am. I've only been back at it for about 2 weeks but I can really tell the difference. I actually measured myself to 8" BPenis EnlargementL the other day and what a great feeling! But I won't count it as a real gain as I still had my pump from the mornings workout. But it was still great!!!

One big difference I have notice, and not for the first time, is the positive effect the jelq's have on my erection. I'm rock hard almost every time. And just this feeling has actually made me think that I've gotten bigger in the short time I've been back in the game. I know it's not the case but it's still nice to feel it, and very good for my motivation.

I'll keep you all updated and soon get a new measurement made as it's along time since the last one.
 
Well I'm still holding to it but this weekend I fucked up my hand :( I should learn not to drink so much! But on well life goes on. I'm keeping to my routine but don't fell that I can get the same intensity as I did before I hurt my hand.

I'm still trying the erect-bends/stretching but it will be awhile before I can see if it's working. It's not an easy exercise but if done right I fell a good stretch and I'm hoping to stretch the inner-penis really good.

I measured my length yesterday and for the second time got a 8" BPenis EnlargementL, so I'll soon believe it myself. If this measurement is correct I've reached my goal!!!
 
It's been hard to keep my motivation the last couple of days. Maybe it's because I've been alittle sick, but it may also be because I made the mistake and measured to much. I measured my girth and found that there really wasn't any difference since I measured last. That bumped my out as I really felt like I was getting somewhere with my new routine.
I feel bigger especially my flaccid hang after the workout, and that is great I like feeling big all day. But I don't know if that is all my routine does?
As I really would like to get longer, but don't have the time for a real stretching routine, I have decided to stretch every time I go to the bathroom. One downward stretch for 30 sec, and hope this combined with my erect-bend/stretch will give me some length over time.
 
I'm trying to keep up the routine but it has been hard the last week. I've had an exam to think about and it has taken most of my time. But I have had a great experience one day my girl and me was having sex and she said to me: "it almost feels like you are to big for me!", I can't tell you how great that made me feel. But it has also made me think about whether or not I should stop my work on girth. Just wanted to share that otherwise nothing new under the sun.

The its some pain when doing them and soreness the next day. But I hope to gain some length from them as this is what I'm mainly going for at the moment.
I also am thinking alot about getting a autoADS for some all-day stretching but I don't know if I want to take it that far, and use so much money on it. So I'll think alittle about it the next month or so until I have the money.
 
I really think that the erect twist's can make a different for my length. Just did a new set of these today and that is really a intense stretch I'm getting. But there is no doubt that you have to be careful. And it takes some time to get the correct metode down. But I really think that it's working now, really hoping that it will bring out my innerpenis and give some length.

Another thing I'm trying is not cumming as much as I use to. I read a post about this and it sense to me. So the dick doesn't shrink when it's healing up. It's not always easy to keep myself from cumming. But my girl likes it to because when we are together then I'll be really horny for her and she likes that. Plus the loads are alot bigger :)
 
I've been doing the new erect twists for a little while now. I've gotten better at getting a really intense stretch out of the exercise. There is some pain, but nothing I would think was dangerous. The next day there is fatigue and today it's really intense. But I'll keep doing these because I really think that it will give some result.

There is one thing I'm not sure of this exercise should in my opinion stretch my inner-penis, but will my gains from this be stopped by my ligaments? I am doing some small stretches everyday when I'm on the wc. So if anyone have a opinion about this let me know.
 
Today is a really good day, I'm really sure that I've grown. But I won't measure yet will probably wait about 2 month. But I'm almost sure that there has been a change. It looks great and is rock hard when hard.

I'm still trying out the theory that not cumming will leave me in a bigger state when healing up. I'm definitely bigger when I'm flaccid. This thing also got me thinking. If it's true that you will have faster gains when you are healing in a bigger state. Then the general temp of your surroundings should play a part. Where I live is very cold at the moment, but that would mean that this cold season would been a very bad time for me with gains. But maybe this could be altered with what kind of underwear you wear. But if you wear thighs would the lack in hang have a difference? Just alot of thought on all this I'm having at the moment.

My workout is still the same, holding to the jelqs, erect-bends and erect-twists and they are my really big hope at the moment. And if they are working the way I think they are there could be some big gains for me length wise.
