I've been doing pe for about 8 months, and I've switched my routine a bit:

A.M. 5 minute warm-up
600 wet jelqs
50 kegels and 5 minute warm-down

P.M. 5 minute warm-up
1-20 minute set of hanging@10 lbs. to warm up ligs prior to stretching
DLD's phase 1 (or [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/forum/penis-enlargement-newbie-forum/1597-dlds-first-routine-i-gained-2-inches-with-this-routine-full-tutorial.html]newbie routine[/words])

What do you guys think? I know this process takes time, so I'm prepared to stick with it quite a while.
 
I know I started Dld's phase 1 on May 7, but I've been practicing pe since July 2004 with no length gains. Does anybody think I should take an extended break, so I come back like a newbie, or just hit pe harder?
 
I don't know man, your approach sounds pretty good, and your stats are about what my beginning stats were as well. I have been gaining like a mother-fucker on this phase 1. Are you feeling the stretches deep into your ligs? Use a little bit of baby powder (not too much or you will dry out severely) to help get a better tug. See how that works.
 
I like how you're jelqing the mornings because erections are sooooo easy then so girth should come along nicely.

Your evening is good too but I just feel like you can do all of the manual stretching while in bed watching tv for one to two hours with no problems. The reason I say this is because you've been going at it for 8 months and your cock should be conditioned to plenty of exercises.

If you could hang longer then do Phase I while in bed your date card would fill pretty fast I'm thinking.

I'm being thoughtless again. Your schedule and personal preferences my differ from my opinions so I apologize ahead of time.
 
Guys, after my break resumed on June 20, about 5 1/2 weeks of the [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/forum/penis-enlargement-newbie-forum/1597-dlds-first-routine-i-gained-2-inches-with-this-routine-full-tutorial.html]newbie routine[/words], I moved up to 700 jelqs in the am, and I workout with the [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/join-now.html]power assist[/words] and throw in a couple exersizes from phase2, I got the [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/join-now.html]power assist[/words] idea from Kooky. I use latex gloves to stretch, I find you don't lose your grip that way.
 
Well after my week-long break from pe ended on June 20, I started a new routine. I stretch everyday, and jelq 6 days a week with 1 off from jelqing. I will measure again on December 20, so it is exactly 6 months on this routine. I hope to see some gains. Here is my new workout (I coppied some from Kooky's [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/join-now.html]Pa[/words] workout):

A.M. 5 minute warm-up
500 wet jelqs
5-10 minute warm-down

P.M. 5 minute warm-up
20 helicopter shakes

20 helicopter shakes

Due to me being pretty lazy, I have modified my routine again. Here it is:
A.M. 5 minute warm-up
1 hour of wet jelqing
5 minute warm-down
P.M. 3-5 minute warm-up
1 hour of wearing the PM with modified head attachment
3-5 minute warm-down

I was working out with the [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/join-now.html]PA[/words], but again I'm real lazy, and really enjoy multi-tasking. So I'll see how this routine works out.
 
Well guys, I got impatient with wearing the pm, and I couldn't wear it at work for that matter, and only in the privacy of my room. Not to mention, even wearing it at the max tension setting, it's only like 3lbs! For the last week or so, I've been stretching with the Bib Starter. It's basically the sameas hanging weights, except that it'snot as cumbersome and for the con, you don't know how much pressure, it is exerting.
 
Well guys, as for now I just hang. I found a comfortable way to hang BTC. I have a barstool, in which I place a pillow under my ass, and behind my back. My feet rest on my computer desk. I am currently hanging 5lbs. About 5-7 sets a day.
 
I am taking a month break from vigorous jelqing, to let my shaft heal. IMO,it was from the hanging. I have a clear bubble on it that turns purple after I jelq. On my offdays it seems to be healing, but jelqing just re-aggrevates it. I hope it only takes a few weeks to heal, as I really love jelqing. I will still do some occasional light stretching, or maybe look into an [words=http://www.phallosan.com/shop/catalog/default.php?z=eNortjIxtVKyL0pNszWxMFcrSSxKTy2JL0hMT7U1UisoykyxtbBQSy4tLsnPjS8uKcrMS7dVsgZcMMpbEbo%2C]ads[/words].
 
I'm thinking your dick should be pretty conditionned to jelqs right about now. Do you do anything else for girth? Have you had any gains since starting your program? If not, then you need to switch things up.

Ok, I was in the max-vac tournament before, but I got a blister, and it is still healing. Although I think max-vacing is beneficial, I believe that you get out of pe exactly what you put in. That's why when my blister (which I have had for almost 2 weeks) heals, I am going to do manual. They seem to be working fine for me. My head feels a little tender and sore from stretching, not to mention I have these crazy red marks all over, so I'm going to grip about an inch below the glans on the shaft to stretch till it clears up. But so far, so good.
 
Hmm. Why does stretching affect your head? Hows everything going? Like that new Zod pic. I'm stoked the new season has started. Green arrow looks tough for next week. :D
 
Hey man. Stretching normally wouldn't effect my glans, but I was just getting over a blood blister from vacuum hanging, that's basically why. And after a session, my head does feel a little sore, I think its cause I stretch like a mother fucker though. I pull so hard I'm literally in a pile of sweat after my workout!

Yea this season of Smallville looks promising. The only thing I'm kinda dissapointed in is that the writer's copped-out by not hiring someone else (Like Terrance Stamp) to play Zod, they had him posess Lex's body, I'm assuming to save money. I don't know much about Green Arrow, but I'm glad Clark got his superbreath.
