k, so screw that last idea I had. Tuesday and Thursday I'm doing hardcore clamping. Last tuesday i did 20 mins then 10 mins. Wednesday I was only able to get like 8 30 second horse 440 squeezes do to no privacy. Thursday (today) i did 20 mins of clamping x 2. So b/c nobody is in the house then, I can do my clamping. Ideally, i'd like to get sat. or sun. in, but its a throw up. Might have to do some manual girth for like 20 mins. I did go down in girth by almost an 1/8 b/c of not doing exercises.

I will not be doing length exercises do to time constraints and laziness. Got a new g/f up at school (she's only 18 :) , i'm 21). We havent boned yet so I wanna make sure my girth is satisfying.

I've also come to the conclusion that until I make some girth gains, my girth is not cemented at 4.8-4.9ish. Maybe girth gains just aren't permanent, who knows. ALl i know is i have to clamp 2x per week at least.
 
Clamp more times per week, more intense.
It takes MONTHS and MONTHS for it to stay.
Of course girth gains can be permanent with claming, look around the site at the success storys, contact Crazyed27 and myself, plus others.
 
okay okay, enough with the bullshit. Clamping has just made me lazy in Pe'ing, made me stop stretching, and everything went into a shithole. Finally, its the end of September, and I'm saying, i want fucking gains. But know I have the new confidence to get the gains. I just rechecked my log, and every bit of gains I've ever had was when I had jelqing in my routine (600 + jelqs). So i'm asking myself why i would stop that when they brought me from 5.75 to around 6.25+ . True, girth gains weren't steller, but I just checked my post workout-pump and I'm getting close to .25 inches in expansion.

I'm doing the newb routine w/ 50 second stretches, and 700+ jelqs close to everyday. Every tuesday and thursday i'm throwing in 10 mins of clamping.

This will work b/c I've just told my g/f about it. We haven't done anything sexual yet b/c she wants to take it slow (why, who cares). Figured if i told her, I could stash my ruler and tape measure at her place so I don't measure at all, since i'm a chronic measurer every day and I won't have an urge to push her to do anything sexual when she is not ready. Plus it gives me damn big motivation. So October 28th, i will tell u all how much I gained. I WILL GAIN. I've been so unconfident about clamping, but now, jelqing will get me results, i'm 110% positive.
 
Well, g/f just broke up w/ me b/c she was scared of commitment and she didnt wanna be exclusive, or some stupid shit like that. Oh well, doesn't matter, I can get others. So i snagged my massage oil from her room, but said i'd be back in a month for my ruler and tape measure, which she said she'd leave there. So no measuring for me for a while :).
 
Go back to whatever routine works, if its not broke dont fix it. Sorry to here about you and your gf but theres plenty more fish in the sea.
 
so today i did stretching (50 sec), 800 jelqs, 8 bends (1 after every 100), and 10 mins of clamping, and i have a ruler and tape measure at my ex's house.......will be getting it at the end of october ! THis not measuring thing is so great for my motivation !
 
wow, i'm having such confidence that this is working. Its amazing. I never had this type of confidence w/ clamping. stretching, 800 jelqs, and either a bend and a uli, or 2 uli's after every 100, then 10 mins of clamping felt great ! I cant wait to make the trip to the ex's to get the ruler next month (well, just to get the ruler of course)
 
Well sorry the clamping didnt work for you man.
Do whatever works best for you, although I'm SHOCKED that you say, you gained with jelqing....yet dont apply this into the clamped sessions....but each to their own, do what you think works best and STICK TO IT otherwise you'll waste fuckin time.

This routine take a damn long time, so i've decided to throw stretches in whenever I go to take a piss. 500 jelqs w/ bends and uli's, then 10 mins of clamping, then 350-500 more jelqs w/ bends. usually, this takes about 60 mins, and my dick is begging for a rest so I stop. Oh, I broke the ruler out and measured today. Coudln't help it.

.1 inch gain in length (back to my peak length) and .1 in girth.
 
ha, well I'm still at a ridiculous 5.75 NBP, but I can't complain b/c I haven't done stretches in a while. I dont plan on doing stretches til next month. To tell you the truth, I'm not going to do stretches until I gain another 1/8 in girth. Then I'll start doing like 45 mins of stretching exercises, and some girth. I definitely need both length and girth, but it seems my penis requires a lot of effort.

I've decided from now on to set goals on how long to keep up w/ Penis Enlargement'ing since I have a tough time w/ motivation. My first goal is to Penis Enlargement until the end of the year, with no slacking.
 
so after 1 month mains gains are as follows:

1/8 length, 1/8 girth.

I'm a little disappointed b/c my gains came in the first 2 weeks of my new routine. Ever since I've bene measuring my post workout pump, and its stayed the same the last 2 weeks, so maybe i'll try something different. well, last time i checked, my girth was down a little. I swear to god I can't gain girth. If I clamp for a while, I get shitty erections, but massive engorgement. Do a shitload of jelqs, and clamp for 5-10 mins at the end, get little engorgement, but rock hard erections. Kinda annoying.

August: newb to clamping, 0 gains
September: on and off 20 mins clamping a day, 0 gains.
October: jelqing and clamping and uli's, back to my usual engorged state of 4.875 when pe'ing......minimal gains
November: Please give me some damn girth gains, I beg of u
 
Well, no new size gains to report b/c I'm trying not to measure for a while but I have incorporated some stretching into my routine.

I'm gonna incorporate at least 20 mins of stretching into my day. I also have a 2 on, 1 off clamping routine going. My goal is to get two 20-30 minute stretch sessions in 3-4x per week and def. stretch everyday.

If its gonna take months to gain girth, I might as well be stretching to gain length as well. If i'm gonna Penis Enlargement, I'm going all out.

I'm not gonna give a goal by a certain period of time, but I have my sights set on 7 x 5, though 5 inches of girth will def. be reaced before 7 inches of length.
 
whew, haven't been to this site in about 3 weeks. Good news is my penis feels thicker. I'm not measuring yet though. Right now I'm just doing 20 mins of jelqing and 10 mins of clamping due to time constraints. I'm in it for the long haul so i'm sure i'll see some gains eventually.
 
I havent seen length gains in the longest time. My nbp still sux. somewhere between 5.5 to 5.75. But i've been lazy with Penis Enlargement lately. I've determined my ideal routine has to be hardcore. I have a t-vein right now but I'm not going to pay attention to it b/c I have a month off from school to go hardcore. Stretching and 20 mins of jelqing once in the morning and once at night will be my routine.

Good news is that my girth is now around 4 15/16. 1/16 to go before I hit 5.0 baby ! Can't wait. I plan on doing some hardcore stretching b/c i havent stretched in like 4 months, which is why i havent seen length gains. Purely stupid on my part.

Stretching will not only bring you the length gains you want but you can use this as an opportunity to allow your thrombosis to heal. Flaccid stretching can usually be done without affecting the injured vein. Congratulations on the girth gain!
