k guys, this is my second day of doing a twice a day routine. So far, the first two days i woke up at 12:30, so my routines were down at 1:00pm and 1:00am.....lol
I've been stretching downwards 9 times, 3 in each direction. THen i 20 minute jelq, and do 5 30 second uli's, and 3 horse 440's. SO far so good. Although I know i can't be doing any good to this thrombosis. I'm hoping to just solidify my current girth gains, and maybe gain up to 5.0 this month. I'll definitely see length gains seeing as though my dick hasnt been stretched consistantly for the longest time.
