Your right on track! Maximum Expansion with each GIRTH routine is the key to making GIRTH gains. When I train GIRTH my only concern is to train hard enough to get as much engorgement as possible.
 
Just finished my 6th clamp session. Got a girth day off tomorrow. Might take 2 days off. We'll see. I think im gonna have to stop jerking off after my workouts, might be why i dont gain.
 
Did a little stretching and 25 mins of clamping (7th clamped session). did a girth buster, 20 mins of clamping, 2 more girth busters, then 5 mins of clamping. I wanna see results !!!!! My expansion is right around .3 inches. I'm at about 5.05 at max expansion right now.
 
Did my 9th clamped session today. The past few days I've done 2 girth buster, 8 mins camping x 3. I also have done only 15 mins of stretching. The 50 second fulcrum stretches, no more dld blasters. As I'm cooling down b/c I've decided i won't be stretching when i go back to college. Only 20 mins of clamping I will be doing. I dont do anything while its clamped, just make sure to try and stay hard. Max engorgement is still around the same.
 
omg.....my girth went down today to like 4.6 or 4.7. I was clamping, and I was down like .1 of an inch in girth. Maybe it was just a bad day, but I'm so damn pissed that I'm still not seeing any girth results.
 
Girth is like the stock market ..some days up some days down. Just keep your eyes on the end result , not where you are today. You WILL get there my friend!
 
did some massive clamping today. 20 mins stretching, then 200 jelqs, then 20 mins clamping w/ squeezes, then rest w/ 2 girth busters, then 20 more mins of clamping w/ squeezes. Girth was only up at .3 inches as usual to about 5.05 or a little more. Oh well.
 
Dude, be happy with small expansion.
You say ONLY .3 inches, thats GOOD.
Also dont and I mean DONT expect results after like 10 sessions of clamping, it can take many many months before you see cemented gains, so get used to the hard work and some frustration along the way.
 
Yah ! Did no stretching today. THink i'll do it every other day since I'm too lazy to care about length right now. I have 2 weeks of intense workouts, and they will be girthly intense.

Today: 150 wet jelqs, 20 mins of clamping (15 of which were squeezes)
rest w/ 2 girth busters
13 more mins of clamping with squeezes
Max expansion peeked at 5.1275 when I did horse 440's clamped. WOOT !

Wanted to do a total of 40 mins of clamping, but I was interrupted.
 
15 mins of stretching, 160 jelqs, 20 mins clamping, 1 girth buster (5 min break), 17 mins of clamping. Max expansion was a hair over 5.1275 today, and it was there basically most of my workout.

This ~40 mins of clamping is paying off i believe.
 
Well, the ol' meat stick registered in a little low pre-workout today at 4.7. Not to worry though. My anger at such piss poor girth caused me to do 3 sets [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98]x 20[/words] mins clamping, totalling 60 mins clamping. I did gandolf's 3 girth busters [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98]x 20[/words] mins clamping for 3 sets. Ended up getting .45 inches of expansion! My best yet. And had my first decent post-workout pump, something i've never had before. Post work-out pump was around 4.93 inches in girth. Woot ! Finally, after 3 months of pe-ing i found something that will help my girth.
 
(yells at penis for growing .1 inches in length today instead of girth !!! ) I'm not even stretching ! *sighs*......lol......yep, im grateful, but still. Now i'm at 6.7 inches. 60 mins of clamp work today. Boy, what a pump.


.05 from being in the 1 inch club !!!!!!!!!!!! can't believe its grown so much. First 2 months going from 5.75 - 6.25, only measured once and it grew so damn fast, so I question whether i measured correctly initially. Whew. Got about 3 full months under my belt. Guess I'm a quick gainer in the length department. Didnt think i was at first.

My girth is always 5.75 around midshaft and always around 6" base. It almost never fluctuates. *shrug* Maybe cuz Im not in a growing phase, so it isnt as easily manipulated :(
 
20 mins clamping, 2 min break, 13 mins clamping, 200 jelqs, 10 mins clamping, then blueballed myself. Was so damn horny while watching "best of briana banks" adult entertainment that i was looking forward to nutting. Then after I completed my session, i had a nice post-workout pump, and I was like, fuck this, I'm not ruining it, so i blue-balled myself, lmao.
 
My dumbass has been reading the tape measure wrong the whole time. I thought I was an 1 /8 less than what I am. So I'm not 4.75, I'm 4.875 - 4.9ish. Wohoo! LOL
 
clamped today for 40 mins. Leaving for school tomorrow. Dunno if i'll be Pe'ing for the first few weeks, but we'll see. My goal is to get 20 mins of clamping in 3 x per week. Its better than nothing, right ?
 
K guys, I'm back at school, and only have time for 3 x per week clamping. Maybe 4 if i can get in sat. and sun. too. Right now, its just 20 mins of clamping, nothing else. I just wanna keep whatever gains I got. Don't have time for anything else at this point. But i'll keep you posted if anything changes.
