7-8-04.....another girth day with 30 mins of dld blasters.

on a side note I witnessed my first few bruises on the head of my dick (never got any before. I'm taking this as a good sign).

So I decided to check my bpel during the dry portion of my girth busters and it was at 6.75 !. Then i checked it during the wet portion and it was only 6.5 (resting BPenis EnlargementL a week ago was 6.25) So i'm assuming dry's might be more effective. Anyway, did about a 50 minute girth buster routine. Feeling confident about gains to come. Gonna measure this Saturday (weekly as I can't help but measure).
 
Sorry about the last post. I dont want to tell you guys whats going on right now, but I thought I might be going away for a while. Well I'm still not sure. But anway

After completion of week 3 I GAINED I GAINED I GAINED.

I decided to measure b/c i measure each week. After a week of girth busters I noticed today my dick was shedding skin. Like a lot of skin. And i woke up several times during the night to find that i had an erection, and couldnt get the damn thing down to flacid. So today, i just measured and I am now:

6.6 x 4.75 (barely 4.75, but its a little bit of a gain nonetheless)

Thats a .8 inch gain in 5.5 weeks of Penis Enlargement and .25 inches of girth. My goal of 7 x 5 by the end of the summer is now extremely possible. TOday and tomorrow I'm doing girth busters only b/c i have the time to do them. Last week i did back to back on the weekend and i had a huge flacid state. THis seems to be working so im gonna try it only on the weekend. THen do girth again tuesday and thursday, and take Friday off completely.
 
this week i've thrown away the jelqs, and have done manual constrictor work. Some uli's, horse 440's, dld bends, and isolation squeezes, and of course the 50 dld blasters. I dont have a particular order to them, i just do a random combo of these exercises. Maybe I'll get into one soon. I did 100 warm-up jelqs, and then a 30 min girth workout.

Bpfsl went up to 7.0 today :) .

did 50 warm-up jelqs
did 5 20 second uli's followed directly by an isolation squeeze followed by a dld bend.
did 5 20 second horse squeezes followed directly by an isolation squeeze followed by a dld bend.
did 3 45 second uli's followed by an isolation squeeze and dld bend
did 3 isolation squeezes followed by a dld bend
bsed whatever til 30 minutes was up

did 50 warm-down jelqs
 
Back at Penis Enlargement'ing again after a week or two layoff. Doing 50 dld blasters, and I'm starting up Dld girth busters every other day now. Got myself about 5 weeks. Hoping to gain a quarter inch both ways.
 
did 20 mins of manual constriction today. I've figured out my new routine. The manual constrictors are a combo of uli's and horse 440's done for 20 mins. I only stop the uli when i lose my erection. Do this for 20 mins. New routine is as follows:

day 1: 50 dld blasters, girth busters
day 2: 50 dld blasters, manual constriction
day 3: 50 dld blasters, girth busters
day4: The sabbath of Penis Enlargement......rest day

my bpfsl isn't going up any, so Im' getting rid of the dld blasters and going back to this 60 second fulcrum stretches. I also bought a clamp today and I'm going to see if I can get my girth to balloon to over 4.75 midshaft during the clamp session since I cant get temporary girth gains during any sort of manual girth exercise.
 
yea im having the same trouble with my bpfsl.. I haven't gained much bpfsl at all. I'm thinking of starting hanging but I'm not sure yet. Do you do any horse 440's ? I seen some quick girth gains from them at first.
 
Horse 440's I've only been doing for the last week and a half or so, but I just did my first clamp session today. Got my mid-shaft girth to about 5 inches even during the session. I clamped for 20 mins and didnt do anything else. Tomorrow I'm going to do fulcrum stretches for 50 seconds, and later in the day I'm going to warm up with dld girth busters for 10 mins (dry), then 20 mins of clamp work w/ horse 440's mixed in.
 
Wow, after 2 days of dld's 50 second fulcrum stretches, my bpfsl decided to go up to 7.1ish. I dont know why i stopped doing them in the first place. that means i'll see some gains by the end of August :).
Did 2 dld girth buster sets, then 20 mins of clamping. THe light purple color is still scaring the crap out of me, i dont like my penis channging colors :( .
Finished off with 1 dld girth buster, then edged and uli'd for 30 seconds.
 
did my 4th clamping session today. Stretched yesterday, but took the day off w/ clamping. DId vise versa today. did 2 dld girth busters then 20 mins of clamping. Measured girth at 10 minutes and 20 minutes. Girth was at about 4.95 at 10 mins and close to 5.1 on tthe 20th minute. Then i finished with 1 dld blaster and edged and base squeezed with a slow 15 second jelq. think thats a mini-super slammer, dunno though. Definitely looking forward to some girth gains soon.
