Doing 30 min daily is enough for me. Don't train too much if it is starting to piss you on(if not train as much as u like!!!), stop 2-3 days or reduce the amount of time per days. After all the long run motivation counts!!!
It's a journey, next stop at 17cm EL/14cm EG next spring !!
That is a very impressive flaccid length (i assume much smaller before Penis Enlargement) and likely a great indicator of big gains to come.
As you seem to be doing a lot of girth, have you considered clamped horse squeezes or slow squash jelqs.
