i can now say i have officially started my routine, as of last night/this morning...

i will do this routine for 4 weeks and then depending on results, change what i do...

my routine is as follows:

in the evening, before bed:

Behind The Cheeks to the Left: 30-seconds
Behind The Cheeks to the Right: 30-seconds
Behind The Cheeks to the Center: 30-seconds

Straight Out Rotary Stretches: 30-Cranks

Straight Out to the Left: 30-seconds
Straight Out to the Right: 30-seconds
Straight Out to the Center: 30-seconds

Straight Down to the Center: 30-seconds
Straight Up to the Center: 30-seconds
Straight Out to the Center: 30-seconds

Straight Out Rotary Stretches: 30-Cranks

Straight Down to the Left: 30-seconds
Straight Up to the Right: 30-seconds
Straight Out to the Center: 30-seconds

Straight Down to the Right: 30-seconds
Straight Up to the Left: 30-seconds
Straight Out to the Center: 30-seconds

Straight Out Rotary Stretches: 30-Cranks

then repeat so i do everything 3 times. this is a different take on DLDs routine but changed slightly, so i do the oppisite of every stretch, e.g. oppisite of straight down left is straight up right...

once stretching is done i will do 200 2 second dry jelqs

my warm down will consist of various kegel squeezes...

next day in the morning i will do 200 2 second wet jelqs



Start stats 22/03/09:

BPenis EnlargementL: 5 7/8"

forgot to measure girth argggh! think i'ts 5" exactly...

oh here are some pics... you can see my bad case of PPP on them which soon in a few weeks i'll be having a lazer treatment to get rid of... been saving up money for it the past 6months.... sooo close!! i guess this log will also report the progress of that too... like i said before - i'm on a mission!
 
unrfortunatly half way through doing my jelqs last night, i fell asleep, haha! but i managed to put in a few extra ones this morning...

woke up with massive morning glory, i swear this Penis Enlargement is already having an effect!
 
yeah it sucks right... was very hesitenet to put the pictures up but hey...
it's called pearly penile papules, it's just glands that appear on top of the skin, they aren't a disease or infection etc, however they do look as if it could be, thus why i have kept away from the ladies... it was getting me really really down cause i didn't know what it was - i thought i had some sort of disease and so avoided any relationships... got really bad and i had to run away from some girl because of it, she invited me upstrairs to do you know what and i was so scared because of it i made up an excuse and went home... searched it up on the net out of depression and found out what it was etc.... after more research, i found out there is some lazer treatment you can have to remove it, so i was veeeery happy! only problem is it costs alot of money, which i am very very close to having enough of, so some point next month this will all be gone!!! :D
 
Oh, I understand..well Im glad you told me what it was because I was really concerned about it. What will such a laser treatment cost you? I can really feel your pain, I hope you'll be fine after it's done tho! gl!

I have papules around the rim of my penis as well but it's not as many as yours. women always ask what those are. i have to explain to my wife that they are perfectly normal and a lot of men have them. One websites online suggest that you put on toothpaste during bedtime. this will dry up the papules up so that we can scratch them off after about a week or so. no need for expensive laser surgery. another suggest to use AmLactin ointment from costco. I was going to use toothpaste on myself but always seem to forget everytime i go to bed.

I have them as well no worries friend. and FUCK the toothpaste thing tried it and it killed my skin and it peeled of. dont get me wrong it did get rid of the papules but it hurt like a bitch and they came back. The key is keeping the are drie so if you got circumsized they would go away.
 
but if you would want to keep em dry....wouldent it be enough with no showers downstairs for like a week or two?

checked my bank today and....... i've finally got enough money for the treatment, after 8 months of scrounging money!! shit i'm sooo stoked!
just emailed the Dr enquiring about an apointment and stuff, omg, it's actually gonna happen! :D this burdon will finally be off my fucking shoulders, jesus christ!

and as for the routine and everything - it's going great...
except - my hands are killing me! gripping isn't that much of a problem, but i have to get tighter and tighter though-out the 30seconds so it doesn't slip, and concequently my hands start to ache real bad!
 
how much is the cost of the surgery? if you decide to go through with it, best of luck to you. you won't be able to Penis Enlargement for sometime after surgery for sure.

concentrate on the surgery for now and then come back to Penis Enlargement when u feel rdy and are fully healed imo, and please show us pics after it. would be rly interessting to see, gl!
 
i will definetly be taking before and after photos... the cost of the treatment is £495, + then the £50 train fare... should be getting it done in ~2 weeks, hold tight!

i missed a session on thursday, so yesterday (friday) i did a pretty intense session... i did one earlier in the day in the afternoon, which was a variation on DLD blasters, basically did all directions but using a bar to get more leaverage, + the kegals and reverse kegals...

did alooot of kegals through-out the day as well, + then at night i did 300 jelqs and then my normal routine...

this morning (saturday), i've done another 300 jelqs, 1st 100 were 2seconds jelqs with a kegal between each one, then 100 fast jelqs with a kegal on every other one, then the last 100 were just 2 second ones...

my dick feels so worked out, and has alot of blue/red spots from the jelqing this morning, fairly sore but it isn't that un-pleasent, feels as if i'm accomplishing somthing!


oh yeah, and the recovery time for the PPP treatment is 10days, and those 10days i won't do any Penis Enlargement at all, then slowly get back into the start-out routine making sure i don't cause any injuries!
 
that's a VERY good price for such a treatment! totaly worth it imo, im looking forward seeing the pics in this thread!
 
yes it is cheap for alot of people, but i have no job or anything and an a full time student with no money etc... hence why it has taken me almost 8 months to get the right ammount!

anyway... booked an appointment for this weekend!!!!!!!! i can't believe it is actually happening... i'm nervous but at the same time sooooo happy, i've already got a new found confidence, it's crazy!

i will have to stop Penis Enlargement completely for 2 weeks whilst recovering from the PPP treatment... i really hope my gains will stay, but i'm fairly sure i will go back to my original size as i've only been doing Penis Enlargement for a very short time and there is no way all that gain has been cemented... oh well!

i reaaaaally don't want to stop but there is nothing i can do about it... i guess i'll just be doing alot of kegal work-outs instead!

i also suffer from a mild case of sebaceous prominence, it's pretty bad, but nothing at all compared to PPP... if you know what SP is, then you're probably also well aware that there is no 'cure' for these things either, only creams that dry out your dick which then minimise the look/feel of them... the doc who is doing the PPP treatment says that he has also catered for SP sufferers, and has a lazer treatment to remove them... luckily for me he said he'd do a test patch and remove some, so i can see the results and then decide if i want the full treatment and get rid of every last one... like i said i'm not that concerned about them (especially when compared to my PPP), but hey incase you haven't noticed, i'm fairly self concious, and am in search of a perfect penis!

damn... feeling pretty nervous right now, it's all gonna be happening tommorow! feels as if i've forgotten somthing some-how, it can't be this easy! haha... i've built this whole thing up for so long, and it's so so close to being done... genuinely can't believe it, and can't wait for tommorow to just be over with and i've got my new dick... i'm just gonna zone out tommorow and roll with it, get it over and done with, stop thinking about shit and just get it fucking done!
