I think I've been through maybe 4 bottles but taking them one a day so that's approx 8 months. I believe it is too variable to estimate them speeding up gains. That's making a statement on how protein powder speeds up gains. These will help you get more work done by allowing girth sessions to go longer and more effective. I would also say they help length in the recovery because they will keep more blood in your penis throughout the day/night. According to the medical literature, a good option could be the effect "Cialis" can have on the circulation system for it can last up to 36h... and for PE can be a plus... only taking 1 pill every 48hr maybe? Thing is... how much of it? 5mg? 10mg? 20mg? That would be a tad complicated to assess.
On the other hand, there is the price issue. Cialis can be expensive in comparison with this product here, but it's more natural and not chemically made which I don't really support. The Pharmaceutical Industry can be really a hassle...
