It felt like I could just keep on pumping w/little/no resistance...I may have to incorporate this a couple times per week, (the only problem is that I usually save all my orgasming for time spent w/my GF on the weekends). Yup, a very good time to take advantage of length work. Sometimes it is hard for someone to get to a level of fatigue for one reason or another and when this is the case they can use masturbation and the refractory period in the same way. A typical refractory period is about 15-30 minutes so this gives ample time to get in a great length workout. So this is understood, the reason fatigue allows for better length work is because the pelvic floor muscles become too exhausted to prevent any of the intensity.

A little confused... he said he masturbated before pumping with his [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98]BM[/words] but you say the refractory period is good for length work. Did you mean it's good for both length and girth work?

No, only for length. Refractory means flaccidity .
