eniss..it is very rare for someone to pe consistently for 4 years straight...i know majority of the members will pe for a considerable amount of time..then may get sidetracked or would take a conditioning breaks...so although fedora has been peing for years...he might have taken breaks within that time.

1000 is a nice round number. I would go for more intensity and fatigue rather than numbers. do some manuals and try to reach your fatigue point quickly and ride it for a bit instead of throwing lots of numbers into the game. I switched back to a hang routine and am hitting my fatigue in 2 sets and being done rather than trying to hammer out 6-10 sets per day. I am working the high intensity philosophy and it is showing dividends thus far. Everyone reacts different though.
 
Eventually i past to Phase two . But Can you Give a list what must to do this phase .
Because in phase 2 we use the kegal and reverse kegal when streching. It seems complicated maybe my weak english ...

Man, I dont even know when my dick is fatigued. What should I pay attention to so I can know. Im not very sensitive in my dick.
 
you will feel fatigue start to set in at your base and midshaft if you are really getting a good stretch in, It should feel like a regular muscle stretch most of the time, a pulling sensation followed by slight burn as everythign reacts to being elongated

every stretch feels like that to me. I've never felt it get more sore. Does that mean Ive never spent enough time stretching?
 
go just beyond that point in your stretch for a period of at least 30 seconds holding just beyond and that might start giving you a better workout

Stay away from your penis head until it is completely healed!! You're stressing it too much. Maybe you should go back to an earlier phase. Did you start P.E. in April? Or was that when you started here?

What language do you speak? Do you understand? Don't practice P.E. near or on your penis head!! Stay away from it!! Wait weeks or months until it is healed!!!
 
I know it's no longer spring, and Fedora is on to new things, but I have to share with the "old committed gang" what I consider a breakthrough in my routine, thanks to German Stallion. German Stallion has taught me a new technique which has kept me in an extended "jelly stage" for most of the past week. This is the longest I've experienced this heretofore temporary condition. It's very exciting and I'll put my and German Stallion's (at his request), thoughts together and post them in a separate thread.

Life is good. ;)
