Today I substituted the Clamped Jelq for the Clamped [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/forum/penis-enlargement-forum/12539-slow-squash-jelq-nothing-give-me-better-expansion.html]SSJ[/words] (Slow Squash Jelq)
Firstly I did 10 minutes of Clamped [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/forum/penis-enlargement-forum/12539-slow-squash-jelq-nothing-give-me-better-expansion.html]SSJ[/words]'s. The way I did these was to get 100% erect and clamped, and then squeeze the glans to release a bit of blood. Then I proceed to do a [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/forum/penis-enlargement-forum/12539-slow-squash-jelq-nothing-give-me-better-expansion.html]SSJ[/words] for 30 seconds (Push glans towards inside penis and cable clamp towards pubic bone), and then rest for 30 seconds.
I found these to be much more powerful than the clamped jelqing I had been doing as I could really feel these working in the sides of my penis.
Another positive is that I am able to stay completely erect for all 3 clamping sets now as there are no exercises where I fall towards soft.
Next comes the Clamped Modified Horse Squeezes. After 2 mins of rest from previous set, I would get 100% erect and clamp with the cable clamp. Then I would use one hand to squeeze just below the glans for 30 seconds. I could really see the chambers expanding, I really hope these translate to girth gains in no time! 30 seconds rest in between each squeeze, squeezes at random positions.
Then to perfectly finish off the routine, it's the Clamped Edging part. I feel at the moment my routine is structured in just the right way, wouldn't you say? It wouldn't really hurt if the squeezes or [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/forum/penis-enlargement-forum/12539-slow-squash-jelq-nothing-give-me-better-expansion.html]SSJ[/words]'s were first, but the edging definately needs to be last. Managed not to bust whilst edging, although did get dangerously close one time. I would use my PC muscle just before the PONR to halt ejaculation and then squeeze just above the clamp for 10 seconds. Penis certainly feels thicker whilst edging. Again, all I can do is wait and see if they bring results.
To warmdown I then did some Helishakes followed by 5 mins of Light Jelqing.
I've designed a physical logging system in which I have to mark every day in order to keep myself consistent. I keep finding that after my days rest I tend to keep not doing Penis Enlargement. I don't want to do it everyday though, although that sounds the obvious solution at the moment. I know once I get through a month and see ANY increase in girth, i'll be hooked and nothing will stop me.
