Been unable to update my thread over last few days but i'm still going strong! Next Sunday will be the 2 week mark so hopefully you will help me update my routine as necessary, Red?

Today I substituted the Clamped Jelq for the Clamped [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/forum/penis-enlargement-forum/12539-slow-squash-jelq-nothing-give-me-better-expansion.html]SSJ[/words] (Slow Squash Jelq)


Firstly I did 10 minutes of Clamped [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/forum/penis-enlargement-forum/12539-slow-squash-jelq-nothing-give-me-better-expansion.html]SSJ[/words]'s. The way I did these was to get 100% erect and clamped, and then squeeze the glans to release a bit of blood. Then I proceed to do a [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/forum/penis-enlargement-forum/12539-slow-squash-jelq-nothing-give-me-better-expansion.html]SSJ[/words] for 30 seconds (Push glans towards inside penis and cable clamp towards pubic bone), and then rest for 30 seconds.
I found these to be much more powerful than the clamped jelqing I had been doing as I could really feel these working in the sides of my penis.
Another positive is that I am able to stay completely erect for all 3 clamping sets now as there are no exercises where I fall towards soft.

Next comes the Clamped Modified Horse Squeezes. After 2 mins of rest from previous set, I would get 100% erect and clamp with the cable clamp. Then I would use one hand to squeeze just below the glans for 30 seconds. I could really see the chambers expanding, I really hope these translate to girth gains in no time! 30 seconds rest in between each squeeze, squeezes at random positions.

Then to perfectly finish off the routine, it's the Clamped Edging part. I feel at the moment my routine is structured in just the right way, wouldn't you say? It wouldn't really hurt if the squeezes or [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/forum/penis-enlargement-forum/12539-slow-squash-jelq-nothing-give-me-better-expansion.html]SSJ[/words]'s were first, but the edging definately needs to be last. Managed not to bust whilst edging, although did get dangerously close one time. I would use my PC muscle just before the PONR to halt ejaculation and then squeeze just above the clamp for 10 seconds. Penis certainly feels thicker whilst edging. Again, all I can do is wait and see if they bring results.

To warmdown I then did some Helishakes followed by 5 mins of Light Jelqing.


I've designed a physical logging system in which I have to mark every day in order to keep myself consistent. I keep finding that after my days rest I tend to keep not doing Penis Enlargement. I don't want to do it everyday though, although that sounds the obvious solution at the moment. I know once I get through a month and see ANY increase in girth, i'll be hooked and nothing will stop me.

I start with the usual 15 minute rice sock warm up. I then get erect and move on to the 10 minutes of Clamped [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/forum/penis-enlargement-forum/12539-slow-squash-jelq-nothing-give-me-better-expansion.html]SSJ[/words]'s. I really feel the pressure with these, I can tell they are working. I am just wondering if I am doing them correctly? When you do them without a clamp, you squeeze the glans to release some blood whilst removing your clamped fingers from the base. As you can't remove the clamp (impractical) every time you squeeze the glans, I just squeeze it with the clamp still on. I'm going to continue doing this way as it would be too awkward to keep removing the clamp to remove blood from glans.

Clamped Modified Horse Squeezes. Rested for 2 minutes and then jumped straight into these exercises. Just like the [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/forum/penis-enlargement-forum/12539-slow-squash-jelq-nothing-give-me-better-expansion.html]SSJ[/words]'s, these give me unreal girth increases! They definitely make my penis feel sore and again can really feel the engorgement in the shaft.

Clamped Edging. Was able to not bust a nut again which is a positive sign of the PC work. Actually only got to the PONR about 3 times at a push.. Don't know whether it's due to stronger PC muscle or just arousal?

Warm down with Helishakes followed by 5 mins of Light Jelqing followed by 10 mins rice sock



Great session today I feel. I think that after 2 weeks I'd like to see these exercises still there (at least the first 2) as I like them a lot.

It is my off day today. I'm glad i'm sticking with it this time. I think I will only do my PC routine on every Penis Enlargement day for the first two weeks, as I just have an idea that after 2 week the muscle should have had time to recover on my off days an so be a lot stronger. Then I can do my PC routine every day unless I see negative results

Today is my off day.

I know the last two posts aren't very informative, I have just been busy with work at the moment to find the time to post more. The last two sessions worked well, just like the others. I'm starting to really feel the pressure in the chambers when I do the [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/forum/penis-enlargement-forum/12539-slow-squash-jelq-nothing-give-me-better-expansion.html]SSJ[/words]'s. It gets a lot thicker too, and these gains stay for a while after the session.

The good thing is that I have still stuck at it. I'm going to prove to myself that I can get the girth I desire!

Going to do PC routine again today as I failed to do it yesterday properly.

Routine Completed. Each session I seem to be achieving more engorgement than the last, so all is going well with the routine. Not much to say on it today, no need to worry about fixing something that's not broken. I'm hoping from week 3 it will be more of the same exercises with maybe additions and longer clamping times.

PC Routine also completed!

Routine Completed. Still going strong! I'm sure each session my girth is bigger, so not much to really say or change at the moment. Feeling bigger girth wise :)


Today (05/08/09)is my off day. I shall be doing a PC workout later as I did not do it yesterday. Would like to thank you again Red for designing this workout, I really like doing it and have not missed one day so far. It seems to me that it is working as I feel bigger. Maybe placebo, but we shall see after 1 month measurements.
 
You are growing my man. I think you can change this routine now from 10 mins on all major exercises to 15 minutes and makesure you up the intensity, by this keep in mind on having GOOD quality full erection and on the jelqs useing good force, on the squeezes good strong squeeze et cetera.

This brings it to 45 minutes total from 30 minutes total and will push your penis that more further that it needs before we move on to more advanced methods to up intensity more.

Keep to the 2 on 1 off as it is going well.

What week are we at now? Week 4?
 
Oh no man, this is day 9. I kept not sticking to the routine and just found myself taking days breaks after rest days. But now I have stuck with it as I have a clearer perception on things.

So my start date is 28/07/09 and i've done day 9. Day 10 is tonight.
After I reach day 14 should I then switch to 15 mins and high intensity like you suggested? Not add any exercises yet, but get the penis conditioned ready for more advanced stuff?

Routine completed! Today I decided to do 5 minutes of clamped jelqing and 5 minutes of clamped [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/forum/penis-enlargement-forum/12539-slow-squash-jelq-nothing-give-me-better-expansion.html]SSJ[/words]'s as I felt my erections were getting stronger and lasted longer, meaning I could probably do some clamped jelqing as I believe jelqing does have other benefits other than more girth. It went well, kind of makes my skin sore the jelqing, maybe I need more vaseline.

PC Routine also completed!
I did:

100 Quick Squeezes
25 10 Second Squeezes
1 Minute Squeeze


Looking forward to my routine later tonight :)
