I am currently 4.5" EG and desperately want this to be at least 5" before I start working a full routine. Reason being, I just don't like how thin my junk looks. It's not exactly small length wise (6.75BP), it's just the fact that the girth is below average that the overall look is smaller.

Thanks to Redzulu, I have been given a girth only routine in order to achieve my gains. Here it is:

Warmup - 15 minute Hot Wrap

1 Clamped Jelqing for 10 mins

2 min rest

1 Clamped Horses for 10 mins

2 min rest

1 Clamping Edgeing for 10 mins

warmdown - Helishakes for circulation

warmdown - 5 minute GENTLE jelq session. Can be done semi or flaccid

warmdown - 10 minute hot wrap

Started 10th June 2009.
2 days on, 1 day off for the first two weeks.
Then we see where I go from there.

Today's (10/06/09) routine went well and here is my log for it (pasted from the ask red thread)

Just finished the routine and have a few points:

- During the clamped wet jelqs I found myself going softer quite quickly and quite often. Will this improve over time or should I just keep restimulating as soon as I go soft or just carry on jelqing?

- Horse squeezes went well I think, I am doing it right, right? (OK Grip with thumb and first finger mid shaft - squeeze for 1 minute then restimulate) Would that not just be a normal squeeze, or is that just what horse squeezes are?

- I messed up on the edging, it was my favourite part though Basically I got 2 or 3 times before I accidentally went over the PONR on the fourth go and came. This was around 6 or 7 mins into the set. I'm sure this will improve as my awareness increases.


All in all, I like the routine as it didn't get boring and I can get it done in around an hour before bed. Will be repeating it tomorrow, would just like your thoughts on said points.

Good to read this and glad your likeing it and know you will do well with it, not because I made the thing but because you want it.

I will copy what I wrote in my ask thread below, its quoted.

#1] In time you wont go soft as much dureing the wet jelqs and infact it would help than if you did regular kegel exercise throughout the day when you can and its simple. Just flex your P'C' muscle, which is felt when you hold your urine in midflow and simply flex it on and off on and off until you get bored or it tires. Do it often and also holds, where you squeeze.

This will give you better erections, better orgasm and last longer.

#2] With the horse squeezes the way I do them, yes you have it correct but I assume you are clamped at the base already? so with the free hand you than simply for example clamp off with the hand 1 inch or 1/2 inch below the glans tightly and hold.

The whole area trapped between that space and the base is now engorged, you see.

Once that area is done you can now move further down the shaft with that free hand, say mid-shaft and clamp wth the hand in that region, still the clamp stays at the base.

When that is done move down further so your now 1 1/2 inches or so from the base clamp and repeat.

Keep doing thios starting again from the top for your whole 10 minutes or focus on the parts you wish to thicken, such as the region around the glans and infact you can use that to make your head larger, by holding underneath the glans and dont be alarmed if the head feels like it will explode you may see rough looking surface when you do that aswell, nothing to worry about.

#3] No problems its your first go but dont make a habit of it.

I think part of it is just getting used to constricting too, when to clamp down to those last 4 showing teeth etc.

Will post after routine tonight, will definitely not come during edging this time. If anything i'll kegel slightly before I did last time, as to not go over the PONR.
 
So this past week I was forced to stop my Penis Enlargement efforts due to personal reasons. Well all that is sorted out now so I restarted my program earlier tonight (14/6/09).

Routine went well, still would like to remain harder for longer during the clamped jelqing. Horses went ok, just need to find a way to get the wrap and clamp further down towards my base as I only had two places I could really squeeze.

Edging went perfect, managed to hold off and got a pretty nice pump and engorgement going.

Routine again tomorrow then a day rest.


Won't give up this time, I have no reason to :)
 
Yesterday I had to take a rest day as I was a little concerned about the red spots not disappearing, so I went the safe route and rested. Today they have all disappeared so I'll be doing my routine when I get in from work. Will try 2 on 1 off from today and see whether my concerns are unneeded.
 
Good stuff, finished today's routine (16/6) so I will do the routine again tomorrow and not worry about the red spots. 18/8 will be my off day.

Generally it's going well, need to work on max engorgement a bit more.
 
Will do routine tonight after work again, then take tomorrow off. This will allow me to fully switch to 2 on 1 off. When i'm approaching the end of my second week, i'll message you Red and see what to do from there in terms of advancing the program.

This has GOT to work for me :)
 
How's your penis feeling when your doing this?
Are you seeing temp increase in size afterwards?

Possibly make your progress reports more detailed, I only ask because its hard for anyone to help or advise with limited information but I know it can take time to write out.
 
I admit I fell off the Penis Enlargement wagon yet again but alas, I am going to give a full effort this time.

As of tonight I will perform my girth routine and write a more full report on how it goes. Then on Thursday I will try to get some wrap and so commence the length part as well.
 
19/7/09

I still have the problem of drifting towards the flaccid state when clamped jelqing. As in I can do it for maybe a minute before I have to re stimulate. I'll see how that part goes over the next 2 weeks, I'm doing a kegel routine as of tomorrow.

The clamped horse squeezes worked really well for expansion as you could see a noticeable difference after each one. I was working on a basis of doing one squeeze for 30 secs, re stimulate for 30 secs and repeat.
I was mainly working on the part of penis just below the glans as by eye it looked a little thinner than other parts.

Can't really say much about the clamped edging other than it went well with plenty of expansion and a very bulbous head. Was making sure that through the entire work out I was kegeling so as to keep the engorgement and blood flowing. This time with the edging I was a lot more careful about how close I came to the PONR due to past experiences with the exercise.

All in all I feel positive about this effort as I can't keep putting it off and telling myself i'll start tomorrow. I've started now and so will keep updating this every day with relevant information.
 
Good work, sounds like you are really beginning to get into it. I have tried a couple of mini sessions clamped and gotta say i think it is definitley my prefered method of girth exercise - the pump and pressure is enormous. What are you using as the clamp? I used shoe lace and whilst it does the job, it fucking really begins to hurt as it cuts into my skin a bit.

I( use a red cable clamp, as I think most would agree it is the best clamping method. You try seek one out but for the time being make sure you apply a wrap before using the shoe lace.

This will be my 2nd day on it, so I'm not looking for anything yet lol. Will measure either 2 weeks in or a month in, depends which will be better for me and what Red thinks about it.
 
20/7/09 Routine Done!

Nothing much to note today, other than the jelqing still has room for improvement. Will be doing the PC routine as described on the pay site to see if any changes occur.

I think this routine is going to work well for me now that I've made a proper start to it. The penis looks incredibly thicker after a horse squeeze or edging, I seem to be getting the engorgement thing right.

Just hopefully I will start to see myself staying harder longer when doing the clamped jelqing, as that is the part of my routine that makes me think I am not doing perfectly. If I don't see improvement over these 2 weeks, I'm hoping you could suggest something to replace them, or even just something as an addition, Red.

Tomorrow is my rest day, so I will probably do some edging and bust :P

PC muscle fitness done too. How often should I be training the PC muscle? At most I am wanting to do the PC routine once a day but I am worried that may lead to overtraining and a fatigued muscle?
