The stressballs seem kind of heavy. Have you ever attempted one or are other members just recommending them? Would seem like a dog ball or small cat balls would be better?

I'm glad to hear that ^^ I tested it today with just 3 to 4 pumps of pressure while flaccid and could feel it expanding from the first. I wanted to play it safe and only kept it on for 2 minutes. I had no problems with gator bite either :) . That might come with higher pressure, but then I'll try plastic bag mod (cut a piece of plastic bag and and cut an X in the middle for dick to go through).

I'm going to focus on girth exercises only now. 5.8" shaft and 6" glans or something like that and after that 7.2-7.5 inches length.

I had my first intense workout with [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98]bathmate[/words] today. I wasnt even planning on it being that intense and it was only 8 minutes but when I exited the pump my dick width almost covered ballsack and was significantly bigger than after previous session. Lengthwise I'm only hitting 16cm but it's definitely targeting girth well. I was planning on doing another session after gym but I could feel the penis being sore from earlier so I decided not to rush it.

I've been mainly getting used to [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98]bathmate[/words] during last week or so and haven't gained any length now. I think I've done too intense workouts with not enough volume. Now I'm planning on doing 2 days with moderate intensity followed by 1 day of higher intensity for stretches so that too high intensity doesn't get on the way of gains.

Measured BPFH (flacid hang) 5.9 inches and NBPFH 4.13, my goal is 7 NPBFH

Simple routine with few exercises, similar to my approach, except I've only been doing girth exercises and getting great gains.

Your technique must be very good and precise. If you can, please briefly update this thread every day with your Routine Exercises and Log data.
 
Just subscribed to this thread. I have been dropping the length exercises and just doing the 5x5x3. I think I gained my 1/2 from doing the stretches manually (DLD's [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/forum/penis-enlargement-newbie-forum/1597-dlds-first-routine-i-gained-2-inches-with-this-routine-full-tutorial.html]newbie routine[/words]) and with the [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/forum/showthread.php?83577-Length-master-official-order-thread-now-shipping-06-16-2014!!!]Length-Master[/words] when I got it. I probably should go back to the basics....

I don't know why I didn't reach atleast 17.3cm because I've reached that on 2 days before this.

Today some problems with testicle on the right side feeling uncomfortable had to settle for 10 min at 16.5cm for 1 set.

Nice jump in size especially after only 11 days! Congratulations! Something that can really help with the testicle discomfort is wrapping your balls back using a [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/forum/showthread.php?44-Ace-Strapped-Jims-Joint]ace bandage[/words], making them clear the tube completely. This may help you break the 17.5 mark. Before wrapping back do some good, deep tissue massage on the scrotum and base of the penis to relax them as much as possible so you can wrap back enough to clear the tube.
 
Thanks for the idea ^^ I tried the wrap but couldn't seal the vacuum with it. Maybe if I hadn't folded it into thicker but smaller bandage it would've worked ill try it again sometime. Today had a good workout 8 min at 16.5, 6 min at 17, and 6 min at 17.5 maybe reaching 17.6cm for a moment.
 
Yesterday about 6 hours after my workout my left testicle started hurting for a few seconds per minute and it lasted about 20 minutes and got me really worried. I hope there's no permanent trauma it looks fine on the outside and hasn't hurt since. I think I'll have to keep a weeks break to make sure everything heals. I'll try a ghetto pumping sleeve from a cutting broad (it's thin, stretchable and has kind of sticky feel to it)... I wonder if it'll seal the pump if it's just flat square with small opening for the penis.

Have you been holding back an orgasm? Sometimes I get similar pain if I have not had an orgasm for a few days. It's not from holding back orgasm the pain was sharper than that. It felt like something wrecking its way through a vein or something on the bottom side of testicle. There was 5 minutes between the first 2 times it happened and then it started happening more than once per minute until it stopped.

Then this was most likely due to too much pressure on the Vas Deferens, the chord that connects the testis to the pubic bone.
