If she's asking those kinds of questions, I'd say she's open to having an honest conversation about it. Why not take that chance and tell her exactly why you're doing this? Why not clear all her doubts and fears?

Maybe go down the route that its more a penile health thing, helps with EQ / libido and general circulation etc?
 
It's just hard to tell what kind of response you'll get. You could lie and say you had peyronies disease and you have been doing exercises to fix that.
