I don't think there's a maximum ammount of jelqs one can do in a day.

Well I heard if you want length you jelqs fast ( 1-2 secound jelqs) and for girth you jelq slow(5-10 secound ) jelqs.

I don't really wet helq anymore I just do a few dry jelqs inbetween clapming sets.
 
so ive been keeping up with my 7-900 jelqs a day and lots of kegels, and i've now integrated 5 minutes before and after of 'soft-clamping'

what i do is take 2 latex cock rings, one around my balls only, and one around the whole works ( see attached image, great art work!!)

differences i've noticed are:

-lengthy pump, say 4-5 hours, maybe more

-nice full hang all day, lower and heavier

-huge increase (maybe a full inch!) in flacid length

-much more defined veins every day.

up to eigth minutes of light-clamping before and after, and now doing 900-1000 jelqs, with as close to 100% as possible, lots of kegels.

have noticed gain of .25", but whether its cement or not, unsure, as i only take 2 days (weekend) off per 7.

also noticed that my nbpel went up 1/2", where as my bpel is the same...did i gain in overall length and just increase pubic fat at the same rate?

i noticed that my foreskin gets really inflammed when i do 700+ jelqs.

i don't retract my foreskin while jelqing, and i'm uncut, and i don't jelq the glans, just up to it.

any tips to avoid that?

I've been doing some basic jelqing and a manual clamping at the base since coming here. I was able to gain about a 1/4" girth over a months time or maybe it's more, dunno, who cares.

I just mix it up, ulis horses etc. I'm an oddbball I guess because I just do it and see what happens without a set schedule or routine. Somedays I feel like doing stretches, some I feel like jelqing.

You WILL get results my friend. :)

I am not too sure about the ritalin. I was revently diagnosed with ADD. they prescribed Aderol. After taking my first two days dose I noticed an erection problem. I went to a ADD forum to read up and found that most ADD drugs cause erection issues.

I am going to assume the ritalin is prescribed so you need it. But if you are just being a creative ADD drug user and you want rock hard bones, you are going to find that the two do not complement each other.
