I have recieved a number of emails and PM's about how to do this and some are really not being successful. I understand this. Here are some more thoughts.

It is about relaxing. When you start to pull your schlong, you will feel a tight cord...I call it a guitar string that is in the very center of your penis. It is what keeps you from getting length. Girth, don't worry about it, you want length. Girth will come naturally. This guitar string is the septum. There are other parts of the body that are the septum too, but this is the penis septum. It is a hard thing to control. You can put all the weight on it you want and it stays tough. I mean really tough. The more you put weight on it the more it gets stronger. So, when a hanger...man hanging weight on his penis does that, he has to do it for long periods of time, hoping and hoping that he can get this "guitar string" to reach fatigue and allow it to stretch. Most of the time, to be honest, it won't. That is why I am learning that small weight, or very light pulling, gentle pulling, works. You have to fool it, or trick it that you are not going to hurt it. The tightening and toughness comes when you attempt to stretch...it is a natural mechanism that comes to protect itself. Yes, your pecker has a mind of it's own in lots of ways.

So, the stretch that I am trying to get you to do, comes when you are least expecting it. It comes when you gently pull and are totally flaccid. You should be enough flaccid and relaxed to do it after masterbation or sex.

I can't do it when I am any erect. So, back to the relaxed stretch, keep trying it. Soak in a hot tub, relax, pull your knees up, spread your legs and try and get it to come. It will only come a little at first, then more and more. Some of the guys here on [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/join-now.html]MOS[/words] are achieving it. Others, won't because they don't work at it. I can't get it every night. I find when I am totally tired, then I can stretch. GS
 
I have been tinkering with GS method since i have gotten back from holiday. I was too lazy on holiday to do any Penis Enlargement.

Use with the BIB- I got into my BIB and used the long slow method of pulling with my hands instead of weights.
Plus side is i got a great sustained stretch with complete control over the force to put work on tricking the septum.
The minus is that you have a 20 minute limit for blood circulation reasons. Also, you have to rely on your wrapping technique to be adequate to hold the penis in one place as with a manual stretch.
The morning after this I had a remote soreness within my shaft which is a good sign.

The original method is more than good enough but this is an interesting alternative IMO to give a shot if you like to mix it up.
 
I´ve been reading throug this entire great amazing thread now, and it seems like this could be the same effect as I got a lot earlier in the [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]extender[/words], and especially when I was in the jelly state.
Thoose times was often when i did manual stretching right before a set, put the [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]extender[/words] on, and start to screw the thumbscrews, and start going at a pretty low tractin force to startoff the set, after a couple of minutes, the penis relaxes in a way, and the [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]traction[/words] decreased (that means the penis gets longer), I then screw up the thumbscrews some more to achieve the same tension I had when I started the session, but now I am at a greater length. I could repeat this procedure a couple of times during each set, reaching new lengths inside the [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]extender[/words], tension drops because penis gets relaxed and stretched longer, I screw the [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]extender[/words] longer to achieve the same tension, over and over again.

This was something I often experienced in my early [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]extender[/words] days. Lately it seems like I´ve been struggling more with this "steel wire" thing. This could be the reason my length gains have slown down a lot.
I gotta give this manual exercise a lot of trial and error work. Maybe if I could get control of it I can use it in my [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]extender[/words], and start to once again recieve some great length gains.

I can't figure out how this works? Is this anything like the JAI stretches?

Do you repeatedly stretch the penis to its max length very slowly or is it just one magical stretch that you gives you an extra inch?

I guess I don't really understand this exercise.

There are two things I wish I could get an answer for: 1) The septum that runs through the center of the penis is a constant deterant. It won't give. I have found that even with stretching and different weights it won't give. If it would give, then length would come. I am not saying that it never gives for the length growth we get, has to come because the septum gave in and let us have some length. ON some guys it must give easy and on us other ones, it just is a tight "guitar string" that keeps us frustrated.
ON this "stretch" there is a point when it seems to give. As I said, it has to relax and let go. The tugback is our enemy for penis length, but it is a safety mechinism that is there for our protection. When you achieve the stretch, it just gives and you can hold it for a while.

The second thing 2) is cementing that growth. I get growth, it seems to be there, but if you don't keep it up, then it goes back. Guess it never goes back as far as it was but about the time you think you have gained, you are back to where you were. At least that is my experience.

I often wonder if younger guys get more success in penis length, than older men, because the penis is still flexible and not set. The more I do this Penis Enlargement the less I seem to know. GS

I don't experience loss of gains if i stop, it just seems to take endless hours of work to get them, with length anyway.

I do have a question about the pull out. When you get past the end of a normal stretch does it hit another platue, or does it just continue to be really loose and elasticy?
 
This has been my experience, BananaxBoy: I have reached new temporary maximum flaccid stretch lengths, using G.S.' "pullout" and in another session, using DLD's bundled blasters, the complete opposite. I hit 5" stretched above the belly button in both sessions. This was only a couple of times, though, so the experience is unique and rare for me.

However, along with my nightly edging routine, I have reached a new totally flaccid length gain with the stretched flaccid of 3" above the belly button. But again, I can't do this consistently every night. Some nights, my dick is just too firm and thick and I can only stretch it to an inch or so above the b.b. I need to have it like a "wet noodle" in order to reach that desired new maximum length.

So, B.B., regarding your questions about a plateau, I am not sure what you exactly mean by a "plateau," but I guess all of these results are a kind of "plateau" for me.
 
While doing martial arts i once read this book called relax into stretch, on how to do full splits and other things insanely fast. this sounds EXACTLY like that theory.
 
After trying this i realized it is exactly the same thing as doing relax into stretch, i could really feel the hug back, and i can feel that the more i relax the more i can pull it out, i think this can be a major breakthrough in. P.E. If it can give just half of the results that gave me, i mean now it is not tissue we are stretching out, we are just getting the body used to let the penis be hanging more out, which in the end result means we can gain ALOT faster. I am diffently trying this out getting familiar with it
 
Aiming....you are right. When we can get past the tug-back, then you can get some more stretch. Keep working at it. I am glad that you are seeing it happen. GS

1) Where to put it in a routine?
Separated from the rest/Before length/After length/Doesn't matter...

2) How long should it take to reach full extension?

3) How long should I hold it?

4) Is a weird feeling in the penis (don't know this from anywhere else) an indicator for doing it right?

5) Why don't I get the same effect from hanging with weights like BIB-Hanger only or BIB+500g?

Wanna reach my forehead with stretches :D

There is more to this stretching than I can tell on this thread. I have experimented with about everything there is and this quiet, relaxed stretch is vital. One of the best ways is to do it in bed, laying on back or side, doesn't matter. Put your junk between your legs, with your legs up toward chest, and gradually push down and let the legs stretch the schlong. I have seen considerable gain in flaccid hang doing this. It is a long term process, so don't get discouraged. I don't have a problem with the balls, but make it comfortable for you. There are some video's out there about this stretch. My erection is about 10 oclock. Not sure if it matters but thought since you threw yours out that the information might be of use.

I just google searched for a video and only found a link that didnt work. If you know one easily and can point me in that direction I would really be grateful. If you dont have one easily available please dont go out of your way to find one.

Big thanks to German Stallion and goingfor11x7 this stretch is crazy. After many years of going high intensity with my stretches and made some gains over the years. Lately been trying to listen or learn more about my body auto reactions that we face in the Penis Enlargement game.

Relaxing at home on my weekend reading [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/join-now.html]MOS[/words] on my ipad while watching a movie and going over the idea of this thread and was worth a try. So in between some bundled stretches on my couch and felt I was pretty relaxed and gave it a try. So sneaking up on the stretch and slowly going beyond or into the stretch and away it goes, too cool.

Released the stretch and tried to do the same stretch for length like I would normally stretch in the past and bam my body put up resistance and my inside cord would come into play. Ok release the stretch and going to try the sneak approach again, focusing on relaxing. I'm at the point where my cord comes into play. Pull slowly and no resistance and get an easy quarter inch more hold for a few seconds to stay relaxed and try to pull slowly again. Just like it has been said I can pull more into the stretch. This maybe my ticket to breaking through my plateau that I have been at for sometime now.

hey, glad you are finding this "sneak up on your body defense..." It works, but you have to be so very slow. I still do it and have made great progress!

Great! But in the link you gave me- the recommended time this should be performed for is around 20 minutes since you penis's vascularity would have to be improved. Isn't staying all might in that kinda dangerous (as a Penis Enlargement legend (yes, they still talk about you rofl) I guess you are conditioned enough to go for whole night of this)? But I would love to try this, thanks a lot GS! :)

Yea, I'd think this would be a popular concept still. If the description of it's efficacy is accurate it aught to be stickied and probably headline a few papers.

My questions are, how did it effect the rate of gains in erect length, and what's the biological explanation for this happening?

There's an implication within the statement that this works, which is that the mental aspect of pe isn't just beneficial, but quintessential. The ability to achieve a mentality that allows you to do this isn't exactly a typically occuring one, and it almost sounds like our default is to trick ourselves into making it impossible.

It seems alot more practical to just master your reverse kegel. Today I did them in the [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98]bathmate[/words], and could feel it on the underside real good.
 
Or maybe I'm not asking specific enough questions. For anyone who's doing this and getting results, on a scale of 1-10, how hard are you stretching? I can't pin down this idea of "sneaking up". Need to be as sneaky as possible (stretching with intensity of 1), or just kinda sneaky (stretching with intensity of 4)?
 
Its what I was saying yesterday to longth. We make easy things difficult (that's why always go with your instincts as these are installed in you for a reason). This is just learning to do a reverse kegel. The 'tug' which they're trying to avoid is the PC pulling on your ligaments.
 
This is a very old thread but there may be some men using it. I hope you get an answer and I hope it is from German Stallion. A bump like this may bring him back.
