I am thinking that if you stress your penis in one position for a while, as you have SD, that when you go into another dedicated position you may see gains even faster. Never thought on training this way but it seems logical.

I don't think anyone hangs longer than 20 minutes especially as they continue to increase the weight. i know when i have ever accidentally my cock will start to go a bit numb. I have only ever read guys hanging for 20 mins. I would hang longer when i was doing light weight when i first started

Right, most hanging sets, if using heavy weight, are done for 20 minutes per set. Usually multiple sets are done to achieve length gains quicker.

AND my thickerman device came in earlier today!! Excited to start clamping with it. This thing is definitely well made and completely blows away cable clamps in build strength and complete adjustability!

hmm never heard of thickerman. know it will work well for you as anything that provides decent constriction will. it seems much more cumbersome having to use the threaded rod instead of just clicking into place like a cable clamp. $28!!!! They are making a killing. that is worth .50-$1. cheap website.

will deff be awesome for you though in getting a good clamp
