DLD's Footlong Stretch

This is a cool stretch that is very powerful. The amount of force I use can be controlled very easily I never run out of stretching power. I call it the Footlong because your foot is used in the stretch.

In a seated position grab your penis by the glans. Stretch downward (toward the floor) If you are stretching with your right hand take your left foot and place the heal of that foot on the top of the hand stretching downward. In this position you can increase the stretch as much or as little as possible. The leg muscles are much stronger than the arm so you will find out quickly how powerful this stretch really is. I hold the stretch for 60 seconds then I switch hands and feet. (Left hand stretches down while right heal aides in the force). Repeat this 5 times on each side. Give it a go. This Footlong Stretch may make your penis a FOOT LONG.
 
i'm trying to picture how this would look... and it seems like you'd look like a pretzel or something... right? like instead of crossing your legs like women do, you'd be crossing your leg over your dick and pushing down your arm with it? if so, it'd be hilarious for someone to walk in on you while doing this. but i bet it works!
 
Just tryed this and its GREAT, Very poweful indeed.
I am going to use this, the Squat and lay-down stretches in my lig' workouts now.....great one DLD.
 
Be careful not to get too silly with the force you use. Remember that your legs are much stronger than your arms.

I have a variant. I throw the dick over my right shoulder, pulls it down and grab it between the toes on the left foot the pull downwards. The force is incredible.

i may try making myself the human pretzel of sorts in tomorrows workout. however, no matter how much baby powder i use, i still have problems with the grip. i'll see how it goes.
 
im having trouble keeping a grip with this exercise, so i cant hold it for more than say 10 seconds. any suggestions?
 
Your leg might be stronger than your arm, but you still gotta use your arm and hand for gripping. Using the foot might help a little, but you still gotta have strong hands.

I almost threw up I laughed so hard at this post. DLD, Priapos has a point. Both length of penis and limberness of legs come into play on this stretch.

This stretch is very good. A person at thunders described it with pictures and stuff for a couple of months ago...

Will you marry me DLD? Why? I have done NPenis Enlargement for almost an year now and have almost lost my motivation because i have'nt gained anything at all. I read this and thought "Hey, what the heck". I had a few beer before i stared (not to recommend) and i started to stretch straight down. After about 5 seconds i used the left leg/foot to make a harder stretch and guess what, I GOT A LIGPOP. i have not have any ligpops in all my life, and just because of that my motivation become much higher, and it also made my day. Sorry for the English but I had to write this down. I so f*****g happy right now.

I have a feeling I am not going to be able to do these. I am not limber at all ... I guess I'll have to wait til my member can reach at least to my knees, then I might be able to get my foot up far enough to help stretch - lmao
 
I can do it without any problems, but the grip... how much babypowder/talc do i need to apply because i have not really an idea, cant be to much huh?
 
Hey been gone a week now im gonna step it up with Penis Enlargement. This exercise is perfect. When i try manual stretching sometimes i lose my grip. I don't know why but when i do the footlong stretch i can hold it while getting a much more intense stretch. Most of the time i dont even need to push down with my foot the wieght of the leg comnig down is enough. I love this stretch.

I use a generous amount. I get a pile in my hand about the size of a Oreo and then I rub it on both hands and all over my shaft. The more the better!

I feel you! This stretch is one of the stretches that gets passed over and everyone should really try it. It is extremely intense and the amount of pressure can be modified to anyones liking.

*Heeeeeee_HEEEEEEEEEE! Holy CRAP, that was funny! :D I can just picture that. In my mind it kinda looks like some freakish sort of ballet move, loL! I actually just tried it, and after about 9 hours in the emergency room, I now have a pulled hamstring and a torn anterior cruciate ligament. OUCH!

This is DEFINITELY NOT for beginners!!!

dld, u r a genious. thank u.thank u thank u. i cant thank u enuff. this si by far the greatest sretch ever. i get lig pops all the time. the rpessure u can apply with the foot is enormous and this is by far the most genious flaccid lig stretch ever. thank u DLD ur a god amongst men

dld i have an amazing grip because i am into bodybuilding and work my forearms 3x a week. my grip is great. are lig pops good or bad?
 
Try this one: Flag down a cab, slam your dick in the door and insult the cab driver.

Warning: this may result in a very intense stretch, so this is not for beginners. Also be careful about doing this in Los Angeles.

For those of you that may have a problem getting your foot up high enough, try using a strap with 2 loops, 1 loop goes around the wrist of the hand that is gripping your cock, the other loop, goes around the foot that will be furnishing the muscle to stretch. Be careful as it is very intense!!
 
Good call DLD!!! Every time I do these I also get a lig pop right away!!!! After a while I do these bundled. It makes for even a better stretch, but you definately should warm up first!!!!

The FootLong Stretches have made it into my newest length routine, amoung numerous other fulcrum type exercises. They are very powerful!
 
Every time I perform these stretches, I also feel my stomach muscles getting pulled. Hopefully, this is a good sign of growth to come.
 
ok...so as asked earlier are lig pops good? from the sound of things yes is the answer but it sounds painful and doesnt make much sense to me....can anyone explain these?

I don't think there good or bad. A lig pop is simply air being released at your pelvic bone/suspensory lig area when you pull your penis away from the bone. Very similar to cracking your knuckles.

The suspensory ligaments are anchored with incredible strength. Actually tearing a ligament would take great force but also unstable force. Ligaments are rarely injured by slow, controlled, progressive stretches. This included ligaments of the legs, arms , etc. When a ligament is torn it is usually because fast, abrupt, intense force is applied to a ligament that is in it's resting state. With stretching in Penis Enlargement the force is progressive, controlled and steady thus eliminating most chances of ligament tear and or injury.
