Yes the belt is closed into a long loop. You just hang the loop from your wrist as close as you can to the hand and whichever foot feels most comfortable steps on the bottom of the loop. It works very well. I haven't seen any length gains lately and I noticed my LOT was now at about 7 or 6. I started out in early January at 10 or 9. I'm beginning to think I need to start hanging since I haven't seen any gains in about a month.

How long should we do these for ? 10 mins or longer
I couldn't hold the stretch for more than 10secs, maybe ill get better, so when i lose my grip i change hands and do this consistantly, is that ok ?
Can i do these frequently throughout the day ?

Yeah, like 50 of them would be good 60 sec stretch :), watch the grip you can rip skin easily if you dont hit right

My family has a silk screen, printing business...I can pretty much get anything printed.
 
I've got an idea, don't know if this has been posted as there are many pages in this thread now, but here goes.

For guys like me who aren't so limber, or so long yet penis wise who still want to be able to do this:

Take a long sock as before, but tie a permanent knot in it so you have a '0' or circle. Loop sock over your ankle or lower shin area through the circle. Now, also run your penis through the inside of the circle. You will probably have to reach through the circle with your hand, and toward your body. NOW, anyone should be able to do these regardless of physical flexibility or penis length. Simply pulling your leg/foot in whatever direction should give you the same options as in the original description. Woot, I love when I have an idea, go me, go me! :cool:

Might have to experiment with sock size, or size of your circle of course. I guess you could also use an old shirt or sweat shirt sleeve as well. I'd think an old sweat shirt sleeve would be very comfy.

It's a very good stretch. I feel it some in the base area, including the skin around the base but mainly in the SHAFT itself. This stretch of yours is awesome. It's like the ''A-Stretch'' but on a higher level. By simply making small movements with my leg, I can move the stretch around. Really cool!
 
Ok, so I did these for 6 sets of about 2 minutes each last night, and I am a little sore today. Very nice. :cool:

EDIT: Getting ready to shower, and did a 'stretch test' to see how relatively sore I am. The shaft is sore near the front of the penis where most of the tension was applied from the leverage point (shirt). The BASE is also sore in the ligs...not just in the skin. The skin itself is not sore from what I can tell. Thumbs up!

Sounds correct to me. You do not need to feel sore in order to gain, this happens with some but not others. I only have felt soreness a few times but I made gains consistently for 10 years. Trust the ruler.
 
Man i tried these today and i dont think im really flexible enough to get my leg up onto my hand. Ha it hurts my groin! I guess i gotta stretch more.

I do about 3-4 Sets 35-40 secs each is that enough.....DLD?

As long as you are getting everything out of a stretch you can stretch once! I think your routine sounds fine...refer to last sentence!:)

Oh i want to ask what has every1 gained from these like how long did it take and how much I am combining these with the Mandingo Stretch so im hoping for some big gains in the next month (fingers crossed)

I think downward stretching is awesome. I do allot of it myself. When you stretch downward you are hitting your LIGS at the best position. I would, however, suggest that you BLAST if you are going to do downward stretches.

That is pretty much all I did. The upward stretches were more for good measure. The BTC stretches were what really hit the ligs to the max.
 
BTC are dope, but they are kind of hard to do while standing. I like to do the footlong stretches while lying on the toilet or in bed. I think there is no way to hit the ligaments better, as I really feel a deep ache if I kegel afterwards which indicates the intensity of this stretch. One little minus is the grip, it takes a lot of practice to master a comfortable grip, but once you are there this stretch is the most amazing feeling one can get in Penis Enlargement.

No, I stopped doing them, I actually gained a good 2" only from ligament stretches, so I guess it's time to kill the tough tunica and hopefully break the plateau... I did these stretches until February though and didn't measure since December, so maybe I gained more (I doubt it). If you have some tips for a good tunica routine, I would highly appreciate them.

So you did the footlong stretches from January to Febuary and gained 2 inches. How long did you hold each stretch for or how long did you do the stretch for?
