DLD's BUNDLED DOUBLE TUNICA STRETCH
THE EXERCISE
In a completely flaccid state BUNDLE your penis 1-3 times (Whatever works for you). Once is a BUNDLED state one hand grips penis with OK grip at the extreme base and the other grips just below the glans. Now stretch in opposite directions. Hold this stretch for 30 seconds. After each 30 second rep change hands and RE BUNDLE in the opposite direction.

WHY THIS WORKS
The TUNICA is a sheath that covers the penis very similar to when we wear a condom. When we stretch the TUNICA we generally go for upward stretches in hopes of stretching this extremely tough tissue. The biggest problem with this is that much of the energy of the stretch is being used on the LIGS because we are only stretching in one direction and the lowest stress point in this will always be the LIGS. Using this technique will allow you to apply energy of stretch to both ends of the TUNICA allowing a much better, more effective TUNICA stretch. Since we are stretching at the base and below the glans most of the stretch energy is being applied to the space between the two stretching points, this space is the TUNICA

I can't even twist mine around twice. 1.5 is about as far as my penis will go.

This is the best TUNICA STRETCH to date. The isolation is so specific to the TUNICA that practically 100% of the stretch energy is delivered directly to the TUNICA.

You are not going to feel this as intense as a LIG type stretch because you are stretching the very tough TUNICA. You can apply much more pressure them with a LIG stretch also.

You can really do this from any angle, I prefer to do it horizontal because I can really put some weight on it but if you like a different position..Rock It!

110's would definetly work, I don't think PLYOMETRICS would apply.
 
This works in the same principle as a TOW stretch, except this seems tobe more intense and should work better from the bundle.
The diagram really reminds me of the TOW lol , I will try this bundled.

If you were to bundle your penis and turn it horizontal to you, couldn't you also push downward while pulling out to get a good stretch in the ligs as well?

Definitely would. I just think that most stretches, even tunica specific stretches (upward, etc.) translate to the LIGS mainly. I wanted a stretch that would concentrate the energy from the BASE upwards and from the GLANS downward...to me this was the only way to isolate the TUNICA.
 
I did my best set of these last night (only 3 sets of 30 seconds twisted both ways), but that was enough. My cock was sore after that! It feels to be a great stretch though!!

On a side note: Something I have taken to heart will length exercises is that a good routine contains a few different components. A variety of exercise will keep the sessions interesting and if picked right they will attack different areas of growth.
 
I did these today, but I felt like I sould not stretch as far as a basic stretch or A-Stretch, what should I do? Is that OK?

Ok I did this exercise and I could not pull my penis as far as with other stretches. I guess its due to the bundling of the tunica. Like I can normally pull to 9.5, but with this I could only pull to about 8.5 or less, and it seemed tougher

The reason why you are pulling shorter is twofold. First a good BUNDLE will initially shorten the FLACCID length of the penis. Two, you are stretching in two, opposite directions. When you do a one way stretch the LIGS are lending quite a bit of length to the overall stretch size. When doing this the stretch concentration, although tougher and shorter, is on the TUNICA. The TUNICA is made up of only 5% elasticity so it is a very tough thing to stretch. Keep at it because TUNICA gains are the secret to making unlimited LENGTH gains.

When I was doing these last night, I simply could not pull at 100% strength because since the penis is twisted, so is the skin and it starts to get a bit painful.

Yes. I was doing this for a few weeks, but I've been so busy lately that I haven't had time, so my length routine has kinda suffered. After this week I should be good to hit both length and girth hard!
 
These are the best tunica stretches out. I did it two days in a row and on the third day had to stop cause I was too sore.

DLD - how many sets of these do you recommend doing daily? Currently, I'm doigng 3 sets of 30 second holds (bundled both ways). I suppose one can never do too much, but I want to make sure that I'm taking full advantage of this awesome exercise.

That sounds good but I would also suggest including some LIG type stretches also.

Did you gain anything off of those couple of weeks you think---

I plan on and i already have been doing theses plus the TOW and many manual stretches and just today started hanging--Im going at length full blast---Im currently 6.5 Length NBP And my goal is to be 9.5 NBP hopefully before the end of the year which is 3 inches in length i dont care about girth really --But do you think im dreaming???? 3 inches in 8 months?????Maybe just work at length only hardcore??????Is it possible?

Any comments?
 
Sounds awesome DLD! Gonna try these soon's as this skin injury (DEEP shaving knick, OUCH!!) heals.
