This is a great exercize, i tried it this morning and really felt a good stretch. Would it be possible to create a "Best of" forum where all the great exercizes like this can be found in one swoop? I would further suggest that this forum be read-only to eliminate people posting junk.

I know that anyone can find just about anything using the search, but sometimes you don't always know what to look for and it would be nice to be able to go to a forum to find new exercizes to help with one thing or another.

To those doing these, you say that you feel a good tunica stretch. For me, I feel the skin stretching because it is not only bundled, but stretched in opposite directions. Does feeling a skin stretch also mean that the tunica is stretching?

I guess I just don't know what a tunica stretch feels like.

With these stretches the TUNICA really has no choice but to absorb the stretch.

Experiment with different angles as this will vary man to man.

These ARE amazing!! I've been doing the cranks (rotators) bundled as well, and I'm definitely getting a half inch increase in stretched flaccid length immediately after the workout.

You are going to love the sensation and intensity of a bundled stretch. Out of all of the exercises I have brought to the public this was one I was most excited about.
 
Damn. Incredible stretch, DLD. This makes me sore in the base and CC, no ligs. I bought an Andro-Penis stetcher and do these before and after each session. In 2 months, I have gained 3/8 of an inch BPenis EnlargementL, 3/4 of an inch stretched length. Girth has increased also. The bundled stretch is really hitting internal structure I haven't hit before.

It's funny but when I was creating these I was basing them on how a wet towel reacts to being twisted then pulled to release the water. After doing this I noticed how much longer the towel was after a bundled session. I immediately got a light bulb over my head and went to work on the dick. The stretch was so intense and it encompassed the entire length of my penis. I knew right off the bat these were going to be a hit. It's crazy where the ideas come from:D
 
These are truly amazing!! I haven't pursued them this intensely before. I've been doing rotors with my penis tightly bundled. What a stretch and feel!! Not sure. Maybe DLD has an opinion on this. I have created so much loose skin over 30 months of jelqing and stretching, that I can twist my dick around three to four times and not feel any pain when I do the stretches or rotors after it's bundled.

This was not true for the first one to two years. That's why I stayed away from bundled stretches until now.

There should be no sharp pain. If there is, stop what you're doing.

That is pretty normal for me too. I think the tissue, aside from becoming more in volume, also becomes somewhat desensitized by the constant stretching and jelqing.
 
Hmm never saw this exercise before. Gonna have to give it a try since upward stretching doesn't work that well for me.

I'm anxious to hear how you guys are doing with this stretch. A few sessions a day of the bundled stretch and bundled cranks (rotors) are leaving me with an awesome flaccid. I have never felt this much volume since I started P.E.

Also try creating the best "cork screw" you can out of your dick and do the rotors or cranks, kegeling all the while. They're very intense.


Your cock will tingle for hours afterwards.
 
I came up with an interesting variation with the M\/. Instead of the bundle ending at the "base grip" it continues BTB and is emphasized with a A-fulcrum. The ability of the M\/ to grip the inner structures provides an excellent quality bundle. So far I can hold (tolerate!) 9 pounds @ 180◦ for 5 min. and 9 pounds @ 270◦ for 2 minutes in each direction (counter-clockwise, and clockwise). My tunica is screaming. After this session, followed by a 20 min. SD 12 pound warm-down, I measured 1/8" FSL gain.

Not sure if flaccid length has to do with how many times you can twist, but I'm 7.5" flaccid and can do 2X max for a very short time, but to do the stretching I work with the 1.5X twist as you. I use it as one of my warm up stretchs before mounting my FastSize and twist it between sessions during the day. That's amazing. What do you think are the reasons that one like you can do over three times and others like me can go 1.5 (2 max) times? Could it be more the flaccid girth than flaccid length or a combo of both? For example, if one were long an thin, maybe more twists are possible. My flaccid is 7.5" x 5.7", but 2X is max, because of two things: 1) it hurts so I stop and 2) my dick shortens into a ball that cannot physically twist any more. Thoughts?
 
I think more than anything, it has to do with genetics. My cock is amazingly elastic in the flaccid state. We both seem to have close to the same flaccid size stats. I do know I can twist it 3 to 4 times around as long as it is totally flaccid and limp as a noodle. I'd say it had to do with my advanced age, but look at DLD. He's 25 years younger than I am.

And it has nothing to do with my ability or lack thereof to get a great erection because my woodies range from 9 o'clock to 11 o'clock.

Based on what you said, I bet it is the 31 months of Penis Enlargement. I've been doing these for the last 4 days for the first time. I'm (if i'm right)
basically twisting my peace and stretching( I can only twist it like 1-1 1/2x's)
Now if this is correct, cool, I was wondering since it's the tunica here were trying to stretch does it have to be OTS(over the shoulder) entirely, I know that SO(straight out) hits the ligs and the tunica, but if it's this "sheath" thats being stretched by being bundled does it matter which angel it's being stretched at, for ex: could we hang and get the same bundled effect on the tunica as if we were to bundle it and stretch straight up??
Aslo I gained an immediate 1/8" bpfsl after doing these from my previous. :cool:

If you mean hanging, yes that is a brilliant idea. Manuals, part of the routine should cover this angle.
 
I will try this tonight, I gonna try 10+ lbs and twists and twist, I will imagine this for a intense stretch, I'll leave a reply shortly after. I'm sure like many of these excercises that's on this forum is that many people have already been doing them and didn't even know. How do you figure though that wrenching out this sheath will do add length. After my fist + second workout doing this I saw my penis "wrenched" out like I haven't seen before, I saw an imidiate 1/8 bpsfl gain and there was this warm sensation I haven't felt ever before, definetly an new one, but I would still like to hear a little more on the exact mechanics, if their are any to the tunica being bundled and stretched.
 
I've finally toughened up my dick enough with the bundled rotors to do a proper bundled double tunica stretch following your illustration, DLD. Damn, these are intense!!!

I've upped my routine to a full half hour of these once a day in addition to downward stretches.

I've hit a consistent 9.5" flaccid stretch (in all directions) whoooohooooo!! immediately after this work out. Does anyone know how long before these measurements are "cemented?" It's damned exciting!! I haven't had these kinds of results since my first year of P.E.

There are so many exercises I have developed that just go unnoticed and it always makes me sad because they are great exercises. I won't drop a exercise unless I have thoroughly tested it to be a good exercise. I just think many powerful exercise go unnoticed and never used. This exercise was like that for a while too. I am glad to see it up again.

This is a great exercise, I made it when the entire LOT theory was everywhere. I thought, if people want to train the TUNICA lets do it.

DLD, question if you don't mind me asking....When I first start a stretch routine (including bundles to stay on topic), I feel the stretch in my ligs and in my tunica (shaft portion to say the least). After a while though, I just don't feel anything anymore. Is there a point to continue stretching or should I just continue to do a different routine. I usually follow stretching with clamped girth sessions. I am open to suggestions...

I think your long term Penis Enlargement twisting and manipulation are the keys. Originally I could get 1.5 turn with a lot of trouble, yet today can go straight to 2 turns with no trouble. I can max at 2.5 turns and I only started doing this. Pretzel twists, here I come. I'll check back when I hit three turns easily.

With my modification, I can wear it for about 2-2.5 hours without needing to re-adjust or any pain. Hopefully it will make a positive difference. I'm currently 8.75" NBP x 6. Oh and DLD, I just read your interview on ALRI's The Core. Good job.

Let the blood subside before you try another bundled stretch. You want to make sure your penis is completely flaccid before you do each of these stretches. It should look like a wet noodle when you're finished. If you keep getting engorgement, you might want to jerk off before doing it again. I've never heard of doing these with your penis engorged. I think that would be dangerous.
