Over my time involved in penis enlargement I have come out with hundreds of exercises, spanning from DLD Blasters to Slow Squash Jelqs there has been some great advancements in Penis Enlargement and the way we approach exercise. With the inception of penis enlargement equipment on [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/join-now.html]MOS[/words] forums we have never been ones to take this stuff at face value. Most of us treat Penis Enlargement equipment like new toys with no instruction manuals, we find our way through them and in many cases find new, never thought of ways to use them. A perfect example of this is DLD [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98 ]Bathmate[/words] Girth Blasters, where the [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98 ]Bathmate[/words] is used as a tool in a manual routine. Since these are very popular I am sure you have heard about them. For 99% of the men who are doing this exercise, 99% are gaining in girth at faster levels than ever before.

A lesser know exercise using the [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98 ]Bathmate[/words] is the DLD Hardcore [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98 ]Bathmate[/words] Stretches. Although not so popular right now, I think it is vital that [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98 ]Bathmate[/words] users explore this exercise as I believe it to be a missing link in length gains. Unlike any other type of stretching, where the upper portion of the penis is being stretched, [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98 ]Bathmate[/words] Hardcore Stretches concentrate of the extreme base of the penis, essentially pulling and forcing internal penis to be pulled forward and outward, bringing length gains from an area that many guys may feel they have tapped out.

The approach to this is very different than traditional stretching, gripping at the glans of the penis as you are not gripping anywhere, except the [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98 ]Bathmate[/words]. The stretch comes from deep in the ligament area, effecting all internal structures at and deep into the base of the penis. For me, I noticed a marked change in the base of my penis with what appears to be thick, new tissue exposed at the base. It is like new penis that has never been there before.

Become erect and feel all the internal penis in the body, you can trace it deep into the base and all the way back to the sphincter. For me there is at least 4" of internal penis, for some it may be more as I have pulled much of this out over my years in Penis Enlargement. This exercise is a different approach towards making size gains, not so much in stretching the shaft of the penis but pulling out internal penis very efficiently. The reason this is so efficient it the [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98 ]Bathmate[/words] creates a suction that pulls directly at the base allowing the penis to remain free floating in the chamber. When pulling on the [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98 ]Bathmate[/words] you will feel the difference in stretch immediately but I think the real evidence will be after you complete the routine, the fatigue is so unique it is hard to miss:) It literally feels like you have pulled new penis out.

Here are instructions to do this exercise but please [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98 ]Bathmate[/words] users, try this and help get some support for this exercise. It is very valid and important in length training and gains.


I am sure many of you have been trying the [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98 ]Bathmate[/words] for stretching but I thought it wise to have a thread dedicated to this type of stretching, how it works and a routine that can be done using the [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98 ]Bathmate[/words] as the primary source of stretching. When you have reached a high point of suction in teh [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98 ]Bathmate[/words] chamber it becomes easy to see that the penis can be stretched in a way that would be very difficult using your hands. SInce you will not be gripping your penis you will not have any issues with slippage. It is also important to know that the stretching will be predominately at the base and deeper into the ligaments so expect fatigue very different than what you may be used to.

Get yourself 100% erect and attach the [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98 ]Bathmate[/words]. I like to use water in the chamber but this exercise can be done dry if proper pressure can be found or in the bath or shower.

Pump up to a high pressure. You will want enough suction that you can pull on the [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98 ]Bathmate[/words] with intensity and the [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98 ]Bathmate[/words] stays attached.

Once good suction is found you can start the exercise. It may be necessary to repump periodically to keep good suction for these stretches.

Upward Stretches: At an upward angle, using both hands, stretch the chamber upward. You will not be able to go straight up as the tube will get in the way so go as high as possible. do 3 stretches for 30 seconds each.

Straight Outward Stretches to Center: Again, be sure to have good suction. 3 stretches for 30 seconds.

Straight Out to the Left: 3 stretches for 30 seconds.

Straight Out to the Right: 3 stretches for 30 seconds.

Now, downward stretches will feel a bit different as you will be stretching and pulling-pushing against the erection angle (unless you have a low erection angle) EIther way, this will be the most intense part).

Straight Down Stretches: Again, be sure to have good suction and good EQ. 3 stretches for 30 seconds.

Straight Down to the Left: 3 stretches for 30 seconds.

Straight Down to the Right: 3 stretches for 30 seconds.

DONE

Awesome thread DLD. If you have a [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98 ]Bathmate[/words] and are not trying this exercise than your missing out. I use the DLD hardcore [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98 ]Bathmate[/words] stretches as the second half of my length routine. I do manual stretches for around 30 minutes and the [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98 ]Bathmate[/words] stretches for around 25-30 minutes and this is by far the most intense stretching I have ever done. I know I have gained using these and my next measurements 7/26 will prove it. Give it a try and don't forget the DLD [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98 ]Bathmate[/words] girth blasters.

Great stuff. I'm going to start hitting these in my routine but as they do hurt quite abit even for someone like me, could you not do a begginers routine based on this? it could be done for say 1-2 weeks to condition the penis and than progress into more intensity. The sheer intensity as it stands prevents me from completing the whole thing.

I will put together a basic, beginners routine tonight. They are very intense and users should expect extreme fatigue.

I tried the harcore stretches last night and they were intense! The only problem was that after just two set, with rest outside the [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98 ]Bathmate[/words] in between the two sets, I got too much fluid buildup. Its kinda confusing my cause I have to pump to full pressure throughout the sets to be able to pull on the [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98 ]Bathmate[/words] and get a good stretch. However, by being at full pressure the entire time (which was probably only 10 minutes or less) i got great expansion of .5" everywhere but then the fluid came...

I would do the [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98 ]Bathmate[/words] Girth Blasters first then proceed to the Hardcore [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98 ]Bathmate[/words] Stretches, this should keep fluid to a minimum.
 
i havent ordred one of these yet but i am very sensative to fluid build up i hope this doesnt create massive ammounts for me :/

Well, I just tried the aforementioned routine, and honestly, while these are totally awesome, and most definilty the key to getting that inner penis out of there, holy fuck it hurts. I could barely keep a straight face as I pulled for the first 30 seconds outward, and I had to stop. I think I'm going to try some heavy duty pain killers, and then try this again, because I'm not giving up on this, I WANT MY FUCKING 8".
 
I want to say that I just got out of the shower and wow. Now I did a mini version of this but I still noticed the fluid build up. Its not too bad though. I am gonna tweak around with the pressures and maybe try just having an erection for a few minutes before I pump. I notice that seems to help.
 
I knew you guys would enjoy these! I can't wait to hear of the gains yall will be making. This is the new wave in length gains and I think mostly erect ones!

I have already stated in my Thread that [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98 ]Bathmate[/words] has some major advantage in Lenght work that people haven't explored yet. and well i can see your seeing the same.

I must say the same a sRedzulu, go easy on this workout, it is a fucking killer!
But i think this can give results beyond anything we have seen just yet.

its such a weird pain, like i feel it all the way in my lower abs, and even into my stomach i cant even explain it. THe pain really sucks, but it goes away instantly obviously im sure i will get used to it and hopefully this brings good gains i cant do more then 3 [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98 ]x 30[/words] secs right now
 
I added these after I finally got the nerve to keep pumping my [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98 ]Bathmate[/words]. I am scared of it as I havent ever had a pump of any kind. I do the exact routine and it is awesome. I like the fact that my hands get a break and it pulls so hard on my ligaments. I can feel it so much more than using my hands and I have already made some gains with my hands. I can only imagine that manual stretching and [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98 ]Bathmate[/words] for these DLD stretches will net me some serious gains. I get the donuts at the base of my penis but they go away quickly so I guess they dont hurt anything. If you havent tried these, you are shorting yourself, literally !
 
Hey I have kind of tried to explore with these a little. Will continue to try as I gain more experience with the [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98 ]Bathmate[/words]. Anyway when I have tried these stretches I often have problems with the rubber being so rigid that it loses its seal and all internal pressure is lost. Being that you guys seem more experienced than I am and have also had your [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98 ]Bathmate[/words] much longer, is your rubber piece just more pliable?? Any help would be great.
 
I had that problem and then I pumped the [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98 ]Bathmate[/words] more and I dont angle it all the way up or down, just enough and then I pull the whole [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98 ]Bathmate[/words] away from the body and get crazy pull.

That is how they feel, your description is correct, it is like ripping your innards out:) But do not fear, this will not happen. The goal is to pulls base length out.

They do bring a ton of fatigue but it kind of makes sense, you are ripping out new length gains:) OUCH:)
 
I tried these today and they hurt like fuck. I got a seering pain in my right testicle so i stopped. I pump til no water comes out the end, around 175. If i pull really hard, i lose suction, even when there is no water to pump out! If i pull lightly it is pretty tense, but that is only out the front.

If i bend the tube up or down or left or right the gator moves. If i pull the tube right, a gap appears between my skin and the gator on the left. Should i bend the gator about and try and make it more flexible or what?

It also starts to suck a tube or something related to my right testicle in the tube which seriously hurts.

I have been doing these for about a month now and they are awesome!
When I do them my penis expands and completely fills the walls of the [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98 ]Bathmate[/words].

I get really good suction cause I pump up to the max all the time now so my question is

How hard can you pull when doing these stretches?Is there any risk of damage myself or popping a ligament?
I am already pulling pretty hard but could still yank harder if I wanted.

How do you guys do any directions except straight out and down?

If i go up, a testicle gets sucked in which is painful when it suddenly gets sucked in
If i go left or right it just loses all suction as a gap is made between the gator and my skin on the opposite side a stretch on.
 
To do directions you need to hold the base ridge with one freehand and with the other do the stretching otherwise you lose the seal.
 
If you are still having issues with the multi angles stick to the one you can do. You can make up the difference with a [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/forum/showthread.php?83577-Length-master-official-order-thread-now-shipping-06-16-2014!!!]LengthMaster[/words] or [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/join-now.html]PowerAssist[/words] as seen in Expressive Stretching. If you do not have a [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/join-now.html]PA[/words] or [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/forum/showthread.php?83577-Length-master-official-order-thread-now-shipping-06-16-2014!!!]LM[/words] you can use Stillwantmore's Gripping Technique to hit these angles.

It does feel like that my penis and all the fat padding around it were both equally pumped up together the other night. I would have gone longer but it just sucks.
 
DLD, I have 2 questions for you.

1.) I have outgrown the X-40e in regards to girth and have to switch over to the [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98 ]X-40[/words], but I'm finding it extremely hard to do the exercises because I am a bit lacking in length (5.5-5.75 and cant seem to get enough pressure with the [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98 ]X-40[/words]. Any recommendations?

2.) I experienced the pain you talk about in regards to the exercise; the throbbing, sore feeling. I was wondering if you think rubbing an anti inflammatory on the penis would help subdue these effects. I use Traumeel Ointment any time I have an inflammation or muscle tightness/fatigue. You have much more knowledge about this than me, but if you take a quick look at the product description and all of that, do you feel it would be a valid and safe thing to use at least around the base of the penis?

That is fine! Erect stretching is one of the fastest ways to cement length gains.
