Hey Zambro, Yes that's what im implying, I would like to figure out how to wrap properly because in doing so it allows me to concentrate abit more pressure in the shaft, kinda like a isolated squeeze.
And no that's not the way the frendo's were originaly done, their done un-wrapped because a it also helps to increase the girth of the glans, but since im really trying to target my shaft I think if I got it to wrap properly it could bring even bigger expansion ( and that's what were all after, right!)
As of right now, doing the frendo's un-wrapped you can easily exepct .5-1'' of expansion, so with the wrapping method that may lead to 1/4'' extra.

rofl Yeah, guys! So far the info I've got about the frendos is that this is an extreme exercise that leads to the most insane girth expansion that the Penis Enlargement world has ever seen. It's been a while that I've been thinking on how to move this into my Penis Enlargement routine and what I actually got is that it might be best combined with Pumping, clamping, kegeling, head wrapping and cock ring carrying all day long. What do you think of this guys- share your opinions. This is the routine I thought of and to me it makes sense to be an extremely intense one (it's a habit of mine- I am trying to think how can I improve my Penis Enlargement routine to the level of it being the most intense and extreme routine there is rofl). Tell me what you think of it- how it can be actually upgraded or made better. :)

Pumping for 5 min
15 minute frendos session with wrapped head and max intense kegeling meanwhile.

Putting on a cock ring to maintain the temporary gains from the workout and combining with small ADC (All Day Clamping) 10-15 minute sessions (example- after the exercise 2 hour cock ring, 15 minute clamping and after that 2 hour cock ringing again and so on and so on until the end. You can try to wear a light intention cock ring to keep the gains in the night time with waking up every 3 hours to see if there is any discoloration).
All day long non-stop hardcore kegeling.


The wrapped head- with the purpose to get the blood from the glans in the shaft to increase the expansion and blood you can further manipulate with the exercise. The way I would apply the wrap is to first wait for the glans to reach maximum expansion and squeeze for the blood to go to the shaft and then wrap leaving the glans with less blood inside and more blood to manipulate in the shaft.

The pumping- it's there to get you a good expansion you can further enlarge with the frendos. And added as rest in between the sets of the frendos as written below as well.

The frendos- they are in 3 15-minute sessions for a maximum of 45 minutes in this exercise (advised by REDZULU himself- 3x15 minute or 2x20 minute). Combined with pumping in between the sets as rest.

The kegels- all day as hard kegeling as possible would further increase the expansion and blood flow to the penis to maximum.

The clamping-to keep the expansion in the best way possible with letting no blood escape and get even more in. It is made as ADC in small sessions to avoid the negative sides of prolonged clamping, but small and consistent enough to help add even more to the workout. I respect clamping and vote for it to be if not the 1st then the 2nd most intense Penis Enlargement exercise ever.

The cock ring- to maintain the expansion and in the night time with lighter ring, light enough not kill your dick, but intense enough to keep as much of the expansion as possible- without causing injuries!



This is the routine I thought of. If you think that it can be further upgraded- please do share (supplementing can go as well- I was thinking on it being combined with DLD's new pill formula that would come out soon- I truly believe that DLD will give us the best thing on the market). I was thinking on adding some more exercises and stuff, but that would become just too much for any penis to handle!!! Please share your thoughts! :) :) :) :)
 
Hey Zam, it sounds like your on the right track, but may I suggest something?
Instead of ding all that pumping directly followed by frendo's, you should maybe try to do the 5x5x3 routine followed by a 30-35 min Frendo's session.
the reason I mention this is because you have a chance at gaining some really great expansion from the 5 min pump followed by 5 min of [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/forum/penis-enlargement-forum/12539-slow-squash-jelq-nothing-give-me-better-expansion.html]ssj[/words], so if you do 3 sets you'll get
tremendous expansion, and now you can focus all the expansion width wise by wrapping the head and doing 3 long 10 min sets of frendo's!
Or if you want to stick to just pumping and frendos, I would stay in the pump for atleast 10 min, I just don't find 5min sets without exercises intense enough for real expansion!

Hmm, you are right, I think that the 5x5x3 routine is awesome as well, but the reason I did it like this is the same 5x5x3 but instead of [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/forum/penis-enlargement-forum/12539-slow-squash-jelq-nothing-give-me-better-expansion.html]SSJ[/words] I suppose doing frendos. But I think that your idea is better! Thanks for sharing, I hope the other join the discussion as well. :)
 
No problem bro glad you liked them , do them in what ever way you feel most comfortable and in which ever way makes you feel you get the best expansion the quickest!!!
I only brought it up because getting big expansion before frendos is incredible for expansion, but regardless the way you have it set up id fantastic, I just though i'd add my two cents!
Also what you will notice is, even without any prior expansion exercises the frendos will bring huge expansion after just a few sets alone!
they are awesome!

Completely support that post! I am extremely happy that there is something special to us and to us only. You know- the more people do something the less special it is. But I want everyone to realize that Penis Enlargement works and that they CAN have their dreamed gains if they put effort into it! :)

I get great expansion while clamping at 2-3 clicks maximum and doing ok grip just after the clamp with one hand and manually squeeze the head of the penis with the other hand as well as the base for 5 to 15 seconds.It really expands the shaft. Its great because the low pressure from the clamping at 2-3 clicks doesnt give me discoloration neither exhausts my dick a lot but i get great expansion from the sqeezing i also do pulse squeezing from time to time which is good too.
I do 10 to 15 minutes clamping sets with 5-7 minutes rest between each set where i do light jelqing and O-bends. I do this 1 day on 1 day off.
Let me tell you that before i did this routine i used to clamp at extreme pressure 2-3 clicks left on the clamp, this gave me discoloration (red dots) as well as killed my EQ and not much expansion.
I use sock for wrapping and just before the last turn of the wrap i twist the sock so it gives me fatter wrap which allows me to clamp at 2 maximum 3 clicks from the begining of the clamp.

So you clamp, and you do the same technique- just with hands and your clamping tension is not as high as other people's. What expansion you get from that- how much? :)
 
Unclamped EG is 5.4
When clamped at highest pressure i get to EG 5.5 maximum and it fucks up my EQ
Clamped at low pressure with the technique with my hands gets me to EG 5.7 also doesnt kill my EQ and no red dots too.After my last session when i took the clamp off i measured 5.5 EG unclamped.About the low pressure clamping i got inspired by drilla9 on thunders you might want to check his thread.
Keep in mind that i dont get fluid build up at all when clamping so this is real tunica expansion.The expansion doesnt look that impressive but for me its great. :)
 
Amazing, I am very happy to read that it's working for you. I'll have to give it a try, but clamping holds many dangers and I think on waiting more till i do it :)
