Finally starting a log after a few months of just screwing around. I started a few weeks back but got sidetrack with life woes. I used my [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]extender[/words] off and on but not really consistent and my manual stretching was even worse to non existent. So I decided to make 3/28/11 my offical start date. Yay me!

So the the 1st session went like so

Warm up w/rice sock 8-10
1 minute stretches in all direction include btc. I'm only doing this once to start will increase in time
Warm down with rice sock 5 minutes
Used [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]extender[/words] for a little over an hour (while playing COD)
Repeated routine again about 2 hours after 1st
After second warmed down I put the [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]extender[/words] back on for an half hour.

Total of 30 minutes manual stretching and 2.5 hours in the [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]extender[/words]

At night did some girth work
Jelq-15 mins
[words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/forum/penis-enlargement-forum/12539-slow-squash-jelq-nothing-give-me-better-expansion.html]SSJ[/words] a few times not sure if I'm doing them right
Edged for 10 minutes probably could have went longer but got carried away and finshed.

So today pretty much mirrored yesterdays efforts except that I only got an hour of [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]extender[/words] time I went to put it back on after my 2nd stretching session but couldn't get a good enough stretch to fit in properly. I think I waited too long to put it on and my penis retracted or something I even tried heating up for a few minutes and it almost went on but no go.

I forgot to add that I also did the testicle health dealie to yesterday's routine

Didn't do much today just some quick basic stretches due to started a part-time job I also have a full-time job by no means am i making excuses. I'm going to have to find the time to make this happen. I'm noticing that I am starting to stretch further. I'm already devising a plan on how I can get in a sufficient working out while working 2 jobs and hiding it from the gf.

i was gonna wait to comment until you had some more days under your belt but, i will just tell you this, instead of hitting the snooze button so many times, why don't you get up and throw on the [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]extender[/words]..that will give you an hour before you even start your day...i think you can atleast average 5 hrs extending, the manual stretch sessions (2) a days are good, but if you really want to see the progress you want in a few months it's going to take more than what your doing right now..if you can go to the bathroom for 5 minutes to throw on the [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]extender[/words] while your at work and wear it for atleast 3 out of the 8 hrs your there then when you get home wear it for atleast another 3 hrs while you messing around on COD, that's atleast 7 hrs a day [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]extender[/words], and 1 hr manual work, then before you go to bed do your girth...it's not simple by any means but if you want it...you will get it...just like COD and every time you "prestige"...good luck bubble

You are absoultely right twin I know I have the time and deadication to make this happen I just need to apply them. I really do appreciate the encouragement and push. I'm going to increase my frequency wearing my [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]extender[/words] and my girth routine.
 
Been a few days since my last post. My cpu hard disk crashed

Been keeping up with my routine taking Sundays off. I would like to get more work in during the week. I'm averaging 30 minutes a day of manuel work and 3 hours in the [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]extender[/words]. I'm going to have to step this up. I've been kegaling like an sob. Still haven't been able to fine for girth work.

Today I did 40 minutes of manuel stretching and 4 hours in the [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]extender[/words]. I'm confident that I will be able to get more extended time within the next weeks because I'll be off of work. Looking forward to logging so good hours.
 
Ok after my last post I decided to add on. I began by edging then did some erect stretches everything felt good. Did the workout at the end of the night, went to bed feeling good then I woke up the next morning with what look like a tumor growth near my glad. It freaked me out it didn't hurt but it wasn't normal. So I look online and got a bunch of what it could possible be (don't surf the net) got all kind of answers. I even told my girl I made up a story that I got too aggressive during a beat off session she wanted me o go to a doctor I'm a mans man so I said nope. Long story short I massaged it and when I look a short one later it was gone. I was really relived until he next say when it reappeared. Well I did a heat wrap mega times and it seemed fine but then 24 hours later it came back but much smaller. So I've been massaging and applying heat. I was able to do some lite stretches today but nohing major.

I'm hoping to be able to get back into my full rotten on tomorrow
