Just variate your stretches with each of the phases in which you see fit. <div class="bbWrapper">My EL gains stalled after 1/2&quot;, but I&#039;ve jumped another 1/2+&quot; by hanging consistently. Bib recommends atleast 10 hours a week, and for me his advice has been dead on. I don&#039;t gain in weeks I only get 5 hours of hang time. 10 hours a week, as heavy as you can do comfortably, and you&#039;ll gain. You&#039;re an old veteran at this and probably already know this info, but I&#039;m just adding my experience.</div>

I would use DLD blasters using an upward angle then I would also use my [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]extender[/words] for an hour or two after the session. You could also go with the new Auto [words=http://www.phallosan.com/shop/catalog/default.php?z=eNortjIxtVKyL0pNszWxMFcrSSxKTy2JL0hMT7U1UisoykyxtbBQSy4tLsnPjS8uKcrMS7dVsgZcMMpbEbo%2C]ADS[/words] which I have heard nothing but good things about or Penis Enlargement weights. I really think manual stretches and keeping it in an extended state will get you where you want to be, and fairly quickly at that. It is the septum that is the top of the tunica. When I stretch I feel that &quot;hard tight cord&quot; that keeps me from stretching the tunica. I feel the tunica, it has incresed with me over the years of doing Penis Enlargement. It is tough but you can&#039;t stretch it more than this &quot;septum&quot;. The septum is a heavy cord/fiber that is the top of the Tunica. If you do a search you don&#039;t find a lot about it but Bib and some others have talked about it. I have spoken about it often but don&#039;t get any response on how to stretch that septum. If we could stretch the septum then the tunica will come naturally. That is going to be the tough one, getting that fiberish septum stretched. If I had properly recorded my gains I would know exactly when length started slowing down. I remember when I first started to do Penis Enlargement the &quot;cord&quot; as I call it, was smaller and like a wire, that is what I called it. Then as I have done these Penis Enlargement stretches for so long and see the girth come I feel the &quot;cord&quot; is thicker and tougher.
